Villa Blue Dolphins is a luxurious southern-exposure pool home with Gulf access and 2816 sq. ft. of living space in the most desirable area of Cape Coral.

This beautiful villa maximizes the Florida experience with its contemporary light decor, high ceilings, and multiple water views from inside and outside.

Villa Blue Dolphins has two master suites (K/K), two guest rooms (K/2F), and three large bathrooms, living room that opens to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are flat-screen TVs in living room and all bedrooms. The Patio offers more dining space overlooking the canal and a electrically heated pool and spa.

The home is located close to the marina Cape Harbour with upscale restaurants and shops. Everyday items -- groceries, pharmacy, postal services, etc. -- are available at Camelot Isles Shopping Plaza, less than two miles away. Cape Coral beach and many other dining and shopping venues are also within easy reach. The boat lift holds the owner's boat and is not included in the rental agreement. Rental boats can be tied onto the boat dock.

Prices are for 4 adults. There is a surcharge of $175.00/week for any additional person.

An energy allowance of $ 25.00/week is included in the rent. Additional usage will be charged with $ 0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

perfect for family Christmas

Home was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were perfectly warm. The beds were comfortable. Every room had a big flat screen TV. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Stayed 18 days and enjoyed every one! The home was very well maintained as well as the pool, hot tub and lawn. Very spacious and relaxing. Boating was reasonably close to the lock and easy access to the gulf? Management was very attentive and accommodating - great rental overall

Complete Gem!

We loved this home. We didn’t hardly want to leave to go on any outings. We cooked, swam, biked, and loved all of it. The house has everything you want including privacy and space to get away for a break. Big beautiful modern home. We couldn’t have been happier! Great place for family time!

Wonderful home for the week

The house had ample space for 8 people. A great outdoor table for dinners or family game night. It was very clean and neat. There were plenty of bath towels and the beds were comfortable. The tv's in the house could use an upgrade (or might be the cable box). The kitchen had plenty of silverware and dishes and "starter" items. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The hot tub heated perfectly throughout the entire week and the kids loved having it all to themselves. We rented a boat for the week and it was wonderful. This house is 45 minutes from the lock to open waters, so keep that in mind when weather could potentially pop up on you. We fished from the dock and "adopted" a duck who visited us every morning on the dock. There are several restaurants very close and the Cape Harbor Marina is a mile down the road with lots of shops and restaurants. All in all the trip was wonderful and we have no complaints with the house other than being a ways away from the gulf. The management company was great, easy to work with and highly responsive. I would definitely recommend this rental to families.
