Our "Backyard Bungalow" has received rave reviews from our guests over the past three years, and now we are offering it as a stand-alone accommodation (earlier, it was only available to rent as an add-on if the main house was also rented). This 700 square foot cozy backyard cottage was completed in March of 2018. Located in a prime neighborhood of Bay St Louis, the property is a 2-block walk to the most expansive and pristine white-sand beach on The Bay, and is very convenient to old town Bay St. Louis shops, restaurants, and bars. The space can comfortably accommodate six guests and has it's own patio and outdoor seating area.

The cottage is clean, charming and well-appointed with many designer touches. There is a common living space with two queen beds as well as a twin daybed with an additional twin trundle bed underneath - all of which are topped off with luxury linens. The bathroom includes granite countertops and custom cabinets and tile work. The kitchen also has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas range, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave oven. There is a pantry and laundry room just off the kitchen with a large capacity washer and dryer, coffee maker, toaster oven, cooking and cleaning supplies and lots of storage. There is complimentary high-speed internet throughout the property, as well as a 4k smart TV with DirecTV service. Outside, there is a patio with an umbrella-table and seating for four.

The bungalow (cottage) is it's own stand-alone building with its own private entrance and a single vehicle private driveway. There is also room to park three additional vehicles on the street in front of the property. The Bungalow is completely separate from the main house, yet both buildings sit on the large lot which is nearly 3/4 of an acre, and is adorned with several mature fruit trees (oranges, lemons, pears, peaches, satsumas, figs, pecans, kumquats, and more!). It is truly a special place to make memories with your family and friends!
