About this property

Located at Mallard Creek and the Tennessee River. The inviting waters of Wheeler Lake surround the home perched on a peninsula and dotted with native trees. This is a family home we use occasionally but want others to enjoy also. It has a large private fenced pool that we always enjoy. The home features a large open kitchen, dining room and living room. The property has room for parking boats if needed. The house has views of the water but isn’t on the water.

The KOA campground is located with in a mile that gives access to its own boat ramp, it's easy to get out on the lake for a carefree day of fishing, water-skiing or exploring the TVA chain of lakes. A sandy beach welcomes swimmers, and there's plenty of space for strolling and bird-watching. Rent a kayak, a canoe or a bike (child/adult sizes) to explore the lakeshore or campground

There was a playing card, hair tie, dust behind twin beds. Shower door wouldnt close completely. No top sheet on beds.

It went well. Easy check in process. Very roomy. Easy to get to other locations from this Vrbo. Would definitely recommend to others for a stay.

Lakeside neighborhood

The KOA campground within walking distance was a great addition to our stay. Great location for day trips and golf courses. We had a comfortable stayWe were disappointed in the cleanliness of the outdoor facilities. It was late in the season for pool and deck space but the chairs and space were full of spiderwebs, dust and dead bugs. Something that should have been cleaned easily and would have made the stay less creepy. We had no TV service I have to guess it was a lack of subscription renewal. I think I’d look for a different space in the neighborhood next time
