This large 5-bedroom two level well-maintained and fully-equipped home, with 2 living rooms has everything you need to completely enjoy a well-deserved vacation! Whether it be for a lively friendly gathering or a relaxing private retreat.
It boasts a fully stocked kitchen, ceiling fans, and minisplits for cooling. Internet provided along with all the streaming channels you can think of -- Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+, etc.. A large, grassy lawn great for yard games and has a brand-new outdoor shower to wash the sand away after a perfect day on any beach. An oversize deck leading off the kitchen features a grill, large patio set, and twinkle lights for evening enjoyment. Beach items are provided at the house for your use so you have more time to enjoy the beach of your choice. Linens can be 'rented' locally for the week e.g. www.vacationhouselinens.com.

There is a beach appropriate for any age and any level of beach-adventure seeking! The house is located <1 mile from Roger Wheeler State beach, protected by breakwaters, and its gentle surf is ideal for children. The house is <1.5 miles to Scarborough Beach, featuring concessions, showers, and a field right behind the dunes to enjoy a picnic at a table or pavilions. Narragansett town beach, 2 miles away, allows surfing and other water sports.

Great House, Great Deck, Great Location - Can't Wait to Go Back!

We absolutely loved our time here! We had a wonderful week, including a small celebration (about 12 family members) for my dad's 80th birthday, and the house was cozy and fit our needs well. My dad has not stopped mentioning how much he enjoyed it and loved the house--he could easily walk the cul-de-sac for some exercise and it was a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go (beaches, Galilee...). He's never been so enthusiastic about where we've stayed before. The deck is new and the backyard was quiet--great for morning coffee and grilling/eating. The backyard is a nice size. The house was very comfortable for 6 adults (common areas could feel small with more). My only critique is the lack of central air--I was really hot at times in the kitchen (living room has a ceiling fan & good window breeze), even though it was a cooler week than usual. The 3 bedrooms on the upper floor have window units; I had to move from a lower level bedroom to an upper level one toward the end of the week when it got warmer because I was unable to sleep without the A/C. This didn't bother the members of my family who like it hot, but if you like it cooler, be sure to take one of the 3 upstairs bedrooms. Overall, everyone was happy with the house and we hope to come back every summer!

Very responsive

We had a great time at Manor Drive. Large house and Gary responded quickly with the few concerns we had. Nice quiet neighborhood with good access to beaches and other attractions. Would definitely rent this property again.
