Cozy & private studio 1.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach with your own saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor TV, and several peaceful spots to lounge, read, or work outside. The space is bright and modern with a king trundle, fast Wi-Fi, and full streaming including Prime. We have separate entrances; I live in the main home but travel and work long hours, so encounters are rare. Guests often feel like they have the place to themselves. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, walkable, and close to everything.

This studio is a calm, modern retreat designed for easy island living. Inside you will find a bright, newly finished space with a trundle that converts to a true king, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with Prime and other streaming apps.
Outside is where it really shines. Your saltwater pool and hot tub sit in a fully set up backyard with outdoor cooking areas, a large TV by the pool, comfortable loungers, shaded nooks, and multiple spots to work or read. At night the yard is peaceful and the stargazing is often incredible.
I live in the main home on the property. We have separate entrances and no shared interior space. The doors are near each other, but I travel and work long hours, so encounters are minimal and guests often feel like they have the place to themselves. After more than a decade here, I am happy to act as your personal concierge for the best beaches, restaurants, and hidden local spots.
