About this property

Jacinto's HideAway: Walk to everything in Palm Springs,

Palm Springs City ID #1567. TOT permit # 9004

Nestled at the base of the San Jacinto mountains is one of Palm Springs’ favorite hideaways, welcome to Jacinto’s Hideaway. This charming one bedroom, one bathroom condominium has everything you will want for your visit to the desert. This is one of the very few Palm Springs condos that allow for short-term rentals (under 29 days). If you are looking for a week or a long weekend in the desert, call me. For longer stays (29 days or more), our rates are discounted 12.5%.

Unbelievable views of the mountains from your king size bed as you wake up in the morning. Overlooking the heated pool, spas and tennis/pickleball courts, your private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets behind the mountains. A second balcony in the front of the apartment is a great spot to begin your day with coffee as the sun comes up.

This is a brand new renovation with all new furniture, kitchen and appliances. You will find our home to be well appointed and extremely comfortable as your home away from home.

Do you like to walk? Your private hideaway is steps from Palm Springs’ downtown strip, featuring it’s shopping, restaurants, and art galleries. Walk to great mountain hiking trails. Everything you need, groceries, banking, pharmacy, hair salon, are a short walk from this central landing pad. If you want a vehicle to explore more of the desert floor or go up to Idyllwild or Joshua tree for a quick day trip, Jacinto’s HideAway has one covered parking spot.

If you enjoy eating at home, this hideaway has a barbecue grill and a stocked, completely new kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a lovely meal. We are not a B&B so nothing edible provided, including seasonings, cooking oil etc.

Several laundry rooms are part of this gated complex, but leave your quarters at home. You can operate the washers and dryers from an app on your phone, which also tells you when your load is complete.

Streaming TV is offered on the big 55” screen in the living room. High speed internet is also provided for a work-from-home video conference call or streaming a good movie.

The views from this third-floor apartment are some of the best in the complex. Parking is on the first level, condos on the second and third levels. There is an elevator serving the second level but you will need to use stairs to take in these amazing third level views. If stairs are an issue for you, this may not be the right condo for you.

We have only been in the desert for a couple years now, but JDKL Properties is not new to the vacation rental market. Look us up, we currently have several vacation rental properties listed on the internet with several decades experience and hundreds of five-star reviews under our belt. Discounts for guests booking 29+ nights.
