Come and discover a region that will not lack assets for a successful holiday! - Raised ground floor: kitchen, living room, WC. - Upstairs: two bedrooms (one double bed 140x190cm, one single bed 90x190cm), WC. - Outside: enclosed courtyard reserved for the cottage (20m²) with charcoal barbecue and garden furniture. Guests of the adjoining cottage have right of way. Parking for your vehicle is available in a shared area at the entrance to the property. This cottage is adjoining cottage 22G140457 (sleeps 2). Large landscaped grounds with two garden furniture sets, a gas barbecue/griddle, five sun loungers, a trampoline, and a garden shed (with a clothes dryer, a selection of books, and games including Molkky). Two electric bikes are available for rent upon request. The property also includes a bed and breakfast room for two people (22G140793), available since autumn 2026. If you are looking for a cottage near the sea, we have found the destination for your next vacation! Whatever the season, you will appreciate this address for its proximity to the coast. At 4.5 km, you will reach the site of Brehec, which does not lack charm with its port, restaurants, bars ... you may prefer to put your towels on its beautiful sandy beach with turquoise waters, for moments idleness ... If you want to see postcard landscapes, you will take the GR34 hiking trail. During your stay, do not miss the discovery of the seaside resort of Plouha (7 km) or the maritime city of Paimpol (10.7 km). The Beauport abbey 7 km away, a must-see in the Côtes d'Armor, will also be worth a detour. And if an escapade to an island tempts you, go to the arcouest (16 km), direction Brehat! A change of scenery guaranteed on this island that can only be used on foot or by bike! Beautiful walks in perspective!

Accueil très bien, la propriétaire est très gentille, 1 bouteille de cidre nous été offerte, nous avons apprécié cette attention.Be mol, vaisselle à revoir plats allant au four fatigué .Canapé déplorable, inconfortable au possible..Chambres sous les toits avec la canicule de cette semaine on a suffoqués (30degrés) un ventilateur serait à prévoir.Gite 1 peu loin des commodités.

Retrouver les côtés d'Armor

Nous avons retrouvé nos lieux de vacances d'enfance, Brehat, St Quay Portrieux.... Et à part Pimpol sous la pluie, le soleil était au rendez-vous
