Absolutely Unacceptable
Upon day of arrival we did not have check in details as of 1pm and check in was scheduled for 3pm. I had to call and text property manager several times in which case I was told they forgot about the reservation and would need extra time to clean prior to my arrival. Therefore my check in time was pushed to 5pm.
Upon arrival we were met with a security code that was the same as the address which is completely unsafe. A deadbolt that didn’t work therefore the house was unable to be secure! Upon walking in it looked like a party had just left, the place was disgusting, unmade beds, mattresses on the floor with no bed frames in all rooms except 1. Broken window in master bedroom with bugs ALL OVER!
Property is located in a very bad part of town and completely unsafe. Would highly recommend avoiding this property. I submitted pictures and videos to VRBO and asked for them to do a better background check. Only positive out of entire situation was the property manager promptly refunded money within 30min. Yet we were stuck searching for a hotel last min. In the other side of town away from this area.
