Located at 47 Pennsylvania. Beautiful Home~ Enjoy a quiet, peaceful vacation in this charming "Plantation" style home, located in the well-known "Pines" area of Rehoboth. Thoughtfully and tastefully decorated from days of ole. This lovely, spacious, 7-bedroom, 6 full baths, comes complete with central AC, DW, WD, screened porch, and fenced yard. 1bdrm on the main level and 6 bdrms on the 2nd floor. Beautiful gourmet kitchen with large island. Views of "Lake Gerar", only 2 blocks to the ocean and walking distance to Rehoboth Ave. complete this vacation package. Sleeps 16.
Please Note: There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.
Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.
Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options.
In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Rehoboth Beach accommodations tax of 7% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.
