One bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs provide the beds for eight occupants. Wind down in the living area by the gas fireplace on cold days and watch your favorite show on the flatscreen TV available. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook up those delectable mountain meals and snacks–it'll be easy to channel your inner chef here and surprise your friends! The Maul Cabin also features a large wood deck with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill, creating the perfect spot for cookouts. Plus, your dog is welcome to tag along for a small, nightly fee!

The Maul Cabin is located in the East Village of Shaver Lake and is walking distance to the shore of Dorabella Cove. Also, all the shopping and eating establishments Shaver Lake has to offer will be at your fingertips. Make sure to visit one of California's premier waterskiing and fishing lakes, Shaver Lake. It’s popular for water sports activities that include water skiing, jet skis, and windsurfing. Canoeing and kayaking are perfect activities thanks to the Shaver’s quiet coves. However, if you and your group are skiing and snowboarding fans, you'll be thrilled to know the famous China Peak Mountain Resort is 19 miles away and offers 1,679 feet of vertical skiing serviced by seven chairlifts.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
