Jolie maison mais…

Il s’agit d’une maison spacieuse avec plusieurs espaces indépendants, ou plutôt d’un mix entre une maison et un appartement toit terrasse, puisqu’il y a des voisins en dessous. Pour nous il n’y a eu aucun souci avec les voisins mais en effet il faut faire attention si vous avez des enfants jeune/ados il n’est pas possible de sauter/jouer dans la piscine à débordement pour éviter d’inonder la terrasse du voisin du dessous. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine intérieur, en revanche le niveau de prestation ne correspond pas au prix. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés les douches étaient bouchées, il y avait des traces de rouilles sur certaines. La cuisine d’été est inexistante, il y a une plancha qui a été livré très rapidement pour remplacer la précédente défaillante. Mais il n’y a pas de barbecue comme sur l’annonce et l’évier est bouché donc non utilisable. Si vous mettez plancha et Clim en même temps les plombs saute. L’accès au compteur étant fermé lorsque les volets de l’une des chambres est descendu nous avons dû déranger la personne qui fait l’intermédiaire à plusieurs reprise et même à 23h pour venir remettre le compteur. Heureusement elle est très gentille et accessible mais ce n’est très agréable d’avoir tout ces désagréments sur une location a 4300 euros la semaine. De plus lorsque nous sommes arrivé l’eau de la piscine était salle et trouble. Le pisciniste est passé le lendemain régler le problème mais c’est pas à la hauteur du prix demandé

Maison à Porto Vechio

La location de cet hébergement a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Vacances familiale exceptionnelle, la disposition des piéces a permis à chacun d'avoir un espace propre tout en bénéficiant des communs pour la vie de famille. Les repas sur la terrasse devant la piscine et la vue sur la baie sont des souvenirs qui vont rester longtemps. Nous avons pu vadrouiller dans le sud de la Corse, profiter des magnifiques plages et faire quelques excusions en montagne qui est toute proche. Nous avons qu'une seule envie, y revenir

Villa très bien agencée,cuisine, literie,piscine,espace extérieur très bien agencés, Par contre sur la route pas de panneau indiquant le virage à prendre pour arriver à la villa Manquait une télé dans le studio (mentionnée) sur l'annonce,on nous a demandé de plier draps et serviettes qui partaient au lavage.... Sinon bel endroit tranquille,semi luxueux, très très bien agencé! Prestations de qualité ! Hôte communicatif!👍

A proximité des commerces tout en étant au calme bon confort

Séjour d'une semaine entre amis logement avec une très belle vue et très bonne exposition logement très spacieux et surtout une correspondante très à l'écoute et très réactive qui nous a permis de déposer nos bagages avant l'heure de remise des clés ce qui nous a permis de profiter de notre journée d'arrivée, et de même au départ nous garderons cette adresse pour de futures vacances Corses

Très belle maison , idéalement située, spacieuse, très bien équipée, avec une grande terrasse qui donne sur une vue magnifique du golfe de Porto Vecchio. Chaque chambre est une suite parentale qui permet l’autonomie de chacun. Le contact avec le propriétaire est rapide et chaleureux . Je conseille vivement cette maison . J’y reviendrai sans hésitation .
