Location is key for someone who wants to spend some quality time on the beach. The beach is walkable and/or drivable if you decide to be there for a full day of fun in the sun. Plenty of beds and sleeping locations for the family. kitchen was great and with a large island. The pool was right there and super easy to get to after a long day in the sun to just relax and hang out. Communication from owner was great and responded in a timely manner. Overall, I would definately stay there and recommend to someone.

It was my birthday weekend and we wanted too share a special time with my grandchildren, They and I had a great time and felt comfortable staying there. The gated patio and pool were excellant and safe. The pool was clean and warm. Property was clean. Six adults and 4 kids fit comforably. Everything you need for cooking, enough towels, beach chairs. Great view of the ocean from the mastersuite. I highly recommend your condo to anyone its a beautiful location and a warm stay.

Great property next to the pool. It has a large balcony overlooking the pool as well as large porch by the pool. Full kitchen with everything thing you need to cook meals. Host were quick to respond to any questions. My family had a great experience.

Amazing location

Our family of 7 adults and one teenager had an amazing stay. The poolside location of the unit and the ease of beach access made our stay perfect. Definitely out new go to rental. We love Rincon.
