A fuir absolument
Pas de climatisation efficace pendant deux nuits avec des températures extérieures frisant les 47 degrés, plus de 30 degrés dans le logement, pas un brin d’air, la personne qui nous a remis les clefs pas sympa du tout à qui nous avons tout de suite dit qu’il faisait chaud nous a clairement pris pour des imbéciles en nous disant dans que c’était normal que la climatisation venait d’être allumée et que le froid allait arriver et à force de messages nous a dit que nous devions tenir les fenêtres fermées, sans blague !!!!! Après la 1ere nuit horrible il nous a dit que la climatisation fonctionnait correctement et qu’il en était sûr à 100%. Il a continué à nous prendre pour des idiots en nous faisant croire le lendemain que le technicien était passé et que tout était ok. A force de messages insistants (nous n’avons que ça à faire pendant nos vacances ) les techniciens sont enfin passés avant la 3eme et dernière nuit et là les filtres étaient dans un était de crasse innommable et bizarrement la climatisation a enfin fonctionné !!!
Nous avons demandé un dédommagement pour ces deux nuits horribles et on nous a répondu que l’on comptait sur notre compréhension et que tout avait été mis en œuvre pour résoudre le problème, il aura fallu 48h et des tonnes de messages pour une intervention. Ce logement n’avait aucun commentaire nous aurions dû nous en méfier. Je vous passe les petits détails, 3 couverts pour 4 personnes,la douche qui fuit car il faut soulever la grille du fond!!!

Pour en réponse a votre commentaire que nous trouvons fort erroné, la vous nous avez signalé que la climatisation ne rafraîchissant pas, nous sommes intervenu pour voir s'il ne s'agissait pas d'un simple réglage puis vous nous avez prévenu que la fraîcheur n'était pasavotre convenance à 22h30 pour faire intervenir un technicien à la première heure. Lorsqu'il est intervenu en milieu de pm pour nettoyer le filtre, il nous a certifié que la clim marchait correctement, vous avez negocié pour nous demander de vous faire gratuit d'au moins une nuit, nous avons décliné car tout notre devoir d'hôte, d'accompagnement, et de respect ont été respecté par nos soins. En revanche vous avez été cholérique et jamais satisfaite dès votre entrée et avez traité les personnes de notre équipe à votre service de manière irrespectueuse par un ton haut, autoritaire, sans considération à leur égard. Nous regrettons franchement de vous avoir reçu en premier invité Abritel.
