“Le Balcon des Écureuils” is a simple, well-equipped 115 m² semi-detached chalet for family and/or sports vacations.
You'll appreciate :
- The magnificent view from the living room, the kitchen and, of course, the terrace where you can have lunch or dinner.
- The cosy living room, with its wood-burning stove and large dining table.
- Its ideal location, allowing you to enjoy a car-free stay, as it's very close to the center of town (6 minutes, no steep climb), to the start of the ski lifts (10-minute walk or 3-minute shuttle), to the start of hiking, snowshoeing and mountain-biking trails, and close to the golf course.
- Private, level parking for two to three vehicles and a garage for bikes and equipment.
- Children's play area with games and books.
- Electric vehicle charging station (3.7 kW).

This semi-detached chalet, in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by pine trees on an unfenced garden, is arranged over three levels:
- Ground floor (street level): garage, entrance hall, living room/kitchen, terrace, bedroom with en-suite shower room, separate toilet.
- Lower level: shower room with large shower (+ washing machine/dryer), separate WC, 1 bedroom overlooking the valley with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom overlooking the valley with 2 twin beds (90cm), 1 bedroom overlooking the garden with 2 single beds (90cm) + 1 folding bed (80cm). Each bedroom has a built-in closet.
- Mezzanine: children's area and TV area

IMPORTANT :
- Rentals are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY (7 days minimum); otherwise, please contact us.
FOR SKIING :
- The gondola lift is a 700-meter walk from the chalet, with a gentle slope.
- If needed, a shuttle bus runs every 15-20 minutes at 260 meters. Free with ski pass.
- You can leave your skis and boots at the top of the gondola (Les Airelles) in a heated locker. Reservations on Altiservice (2-3 places 80€ for 6 days and 128€ for 4-5 places).
- Our garage can store your equipment.
- For hiking, biking or snowshoeing, departure 200 m from the chalet (maps available in the chalet).
