This one story brick home sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has an open concept layout with master bedroom & bath on one side of the home and two bedrooms & full bath on the other. In the middle is a newly remodeled, fully furnished kitchen, k-cup coffee maker, washer & dryer, open living room and dining area for gatherings. Enjoy the large tiered and lit deck and private backyard that sits next to open acreage. Don't be surprised if you see a deer or two!

Percy Priest Lake is just 1/2 mile away! Rent a boat, kayak or enjoy the nearby beach area or water park or Shipwreck Cove lakeside restaurant.

We're 10 miles from downtown Nashville and it's historic Ryman Theatre, Country Music Hall of Fame, Honky Tonks and Concert Venues. Many guests decide to take "Uber", "Lyft" or etc. as parking can be upwards of $20.

Turn heat or cooling OFF and turn lights out upon leaving to conserve energy. Wash dishes and remove trash. Do not strip beds. Cleaners will.

Trash pick up is on Thursday mornings. If you stay during a Thursday, have trash bin out to the street for pick up before 6:00 am.

Nashville Friends Trip

The location of the property is close downtown Nashville. There is also a beautiful lake to check out. The property was very clean and spacious for the 5 of us. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place for our trip
