The Layout:
This gorgeous brand new build is complete with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The first floor bedroom has a charming full over full bunk bed with a connected en suite bathroom. The second floor opens up into the main living space, kitchen, dining area and another bedroom complete with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The third floor has 2 additional bedrooms, one with 2 full beds and the other with 2 queen sized beds - both with en suite bathrooms!
Parking:
Parking is available in the 2 car garage attached to home.
Neighborhood:
This gorgeous build is located less than 10 minutes from bustling 5 Points in East Nashville, where you will find incredible restaurants, great shopping, awesome pubs and delicious coffee. Additionally, it's also a similar distance to Downtown Nashville and other desirable locations like the Gulch, Twelve South, Music Row, and Hillsboro Village to name a few.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
