great space for my large family

We had 11 family members sleep comfortably in this space. We didn't have long lines for the restroom and we weren't cramped at all. It was clean, close to our activities on Broadway, and seamless with the check in/out experience.

Overall loved the place! The property manager was so helpful getting us what we needed and was just a quick message away! The house was beautiful and was perfect for our trip, we had 11 people!

Absolutely love it here!!

My friends and I travel frequently. Every time we come to Nashville we stay at the King Rentals property! They have huge spaces and it doesn't feel crowded. I really enjoyed the hot tub! The location is everything!! Definitely booking again!

Good time in nashville

We had a great time there was room for everyone and so nice to have everyone have their own bathroom! The management was very responsive and receptive. We appreciated that so much. Fun to have the option of a hot tub and the convenience of the kitchen. Everything is newly appointed and the kitchen is well stocked

Nice house

The check in process was quick and easy! However, when we checked in 3 of the beds were not clean. After we complained they did make it right by sending the cleaning ladies over to bring fresh sheets which we appreciated.

Spacious property for a large group

The location of the property was just a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Broadway and located in a quiet neighborhood. This was a welcome respite at the end of the day. Plenty of space and beds, with enough bathrooms to make getting ready for the day a quick process. The rooftop hot tub offered a great view of the city. We did have to message the host to receive the door code after the 4pm check in time but got a fairly quick response. The shower curtain was also missing in one of the bathrooms, which made the shower unusable, but we were still able to use the bathroom. Overall, a great space for our group of 7 adults.

Weekend fun with friends for the 40 and up group!

This place was a perfect location if you want to be a short ride from all the fun but don’t want it right outside your window all night!Beds were very comfortable, home was well stocked. Would sleep 13 comfortably but the living space is a little small for that many but we had 6 and mostly used it as our landing spot between activities! There were a few small issues with access but the host was very responsive and issues were resolved quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
