We had a wonderful time in Nashville! The house was great to stay in and we would book it again for future visits. It was clean, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of beds, and a short ride to Broadway. The host was excellent and communicated very well with us. Overall, I would recommend booking this rental.

We were honestly disappointed in this property. The inside of the home was clean, however there was garbage in the yard outside and the outside deck furniture and cushions were very dirty and wet. Also, this is a pet property and advertised with a fenced yard. It IS NOT completely fenced so beware if you are counting on that for your dog! There is a side fence as pictures show but no back fence where the cars are parked. There are also loose cables out back and a stand alone gutter that belongs to nothing! Inside the home could use some TLC, broken cabinetry in one of the bathrooms, walls are in some desperate need of painting and repair in many places, and decorative lighting that didn't work. We also had difficulty getting in touch with the host about late check-out through text or VRBO messaging. On the plus side, each bedroom did have its own bath which really helped with 9 people staying at the house. Lastly, one of the biggest deal breakers for us was the overwhelming traffic noise from the freeway that is a couple blocks away. It was nonstop and made it difficult to fall asleep at night. Sadly, this is not a place we would choose to stay again. We think there are much better options in the Nashville area.

The communication with the host was top notch. Loved how every bedroom had a full bathroom so everyone could get ready at the same time. The Uber was definitely affordable from the house to downtown, especially if you’re splitting it with a group of people. It was also a pretty short ride to downtown. The ice machine in the freezer does work so no need to buy ice. Loved how there was a code to get into the house so there was no key to keep track of and your group could come and go. Would definitely recommend

This house didn’t disappoint! Absolutely adorable and plenty of room for all eleven of us. Great location to everything and quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this for a large group, family or girls get away trip. Excellent!

Nashville New Years Stay

The place has a lot of charm to it, and the theming of the rental fits with the city it is in. It looks identical to the photos, which is always nice. The property manager was friendly and easy to get in touch with. It's located a few miles from downtown, which is nice. At the time of our stay we there were a lot of scuffs in the paint, and turning the heat on for too long would cause the smell of gas to fill the house.
