The Neighborhood:
This beautiful home is located down the street from Nashville's favorite Germantown neighborhood! Germantown is a charming, historic neighborhood, with tons of boutique style shopping, fine eateries, cocktail lounges and home to the Tennessee State Museum and beautiful Bicentennial Park! Germantown is the closest neighborhood to downtown with gorgeous views of the city skyline and capital building.

Getting Around:
Our place is a short Uber and Lyft ride to get get anywhere in Nashville.

Just a $5-10 Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium. Quick ride to BNA Airport, and only 1.5 miles from the new Top Golf!!!

Other Things to Note:
There is an active recording Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door for safety and security purposes. I will be sending a Rental Agreement upon booking.
