Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

The house is spacious and has plenty of bathrooms and beds to sleep a large group comfortably. The location was great and we enjoyed hanging out on the main floor which had a nice open flow between the kitchen, living room and outside deck area.

Some small things like the outdoor furniture on the deck could use some cleaning. The grout in the primary shower could use some attention. We had an issue were 2 breakers had tripped and we couldn't use the stove the first night but Chris sent maintenance to address the issue the next morning. But overall the house was nice and our family enjoyed the stay.

I booked this trip for my boyfriend/his friends for their birthday and everyone absolutely loved it. The house is even more gorgeous in person and the neighborhood is lovely. If you ever need anything the property manager is easy to reach. Definitely will be staying here again!

The house has been renovated to look like new. It is very modern and a very cool place to stay. There are plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms, all renovated very nicely. The kitchen is well equipped as well. It has a very nice deck and rooftop to hang out as well. Even though there are houses all around, it seems very private with all the trees.

Floors and floors of fun

This place is beautiful. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was very beneficial to our group. Its location was just a few short minutes from the highway, close to a neighborhood area with restaurants and and Aldis, yet very close to downtown items, as well. Communication with the owners was very quick, not that we had any major issues that needed their attention. Overall, we would definately stay at this location again if we're ever in Nashville.

Perfect location and beautiful home

Our family was in Nashville to lay our mother, who was born in Tennessee to rest. We are from many different states and renting homes vs staying in hotels was the best thing for us. This beautiful home had the perfect amount of space. It was well-decorated, comfortable, and the kitchen was wonderful! The host was very responsive to my questions and I would recommend this home to other friends and family.

Great Stay!

My friends and I had a lovely stay for a weekend getaway! There was adequate sleeping for all of us and then some. The pink neon sign wasn’t fully working so that was kind of disappointing but after reaching out I was informed they had a new one on order. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay and the location was a quick 5-6 minute drive to Broadway!
