Strict: For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to listing's local check in time. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Guests will have access to the entire 4-bedroom home and amenities.
Our home is located in a quiet subdivision with large lots. There is not through access, so traffic in this subdivision is minimal with just people who live here or are visiting. Great neighborhood for taking a walk or jog.
Enjoy plenty of hot water for showers with a tankless water heater.
