We know travel plans can vary, so we offer flexible check-in options:
• If no guests are checking out the same day: Early check-in is available as early as 8:00 AM
• If guests are checking out the same day: We offer luggage storage and 3 parking spaces starting at 7:00 AM

Perfect spot for a large group! The house had plenty of space and beds for everyone, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped to handle our whole crew without any hassle. The location is fantastic - walkable to the farmers’ market and Monell’s, which were both highlights of the trip. The host was incredibly kind and responded quickly whenever we had questions. Highly recommend!

House was extremely clean and well supplied with everything we could possibly need with plenty of extras. Our host was kind, considerate, and very helpful. This home was perfect for our girls trip, everything the listing and previous reviews say. Great location, within walking distance to downtown and right across the street from the Farmer's market. The house itself was clean, spacious and well equipped with anything you might need. If you're traveling with family or kids, there are more than enough seating and sleeping options with extra bedding/towels included. Beds were very comfortable. The cherry on top was the Host. She was amazing, super kind and most helpful. She answers questions quickly and was incredibly accommodating with check-in and check-out. If traveling again with group, we will definitely be looking to see if this property is available again!

This is a great property.... one of the best we've found in the Nashville area over the past 10 years. We had 6 adults and 6 kids age 7 and under. Plenty of room for everyone. Huge dining room table, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with plenty of blankets and pillows, host left a couple of cases of bottled water.... very appreciated. Conveniently located with everything we wanted within a 5 minute drive. Host is very responsive. We will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here for my husband’s 40th birthday celebration. The house was comfy and well stocked with plenty of extra linens, water, coffee, and cleaning supplies. The host was super accommodating with check in and check out times and made sure to send clear instructions. We loved the location with being able to walk across the street to the Farmer’s Market and Broadway was an easy 25 minute walk. The massage chair was an awesome bonus!! We would absolutely stay here again!!

This stay was absolutely fabulous! We had eight ladies, we each had our own bed plus there was plenty of room in the house for us. Great hosts and very prompt to respond to requests.
