ADDITIONAL DINING CHAIRS + TABLE
If you're looking for extra dining furniture for larger gatherings and dining experiences on the rooftop we provide an additional set of 8 foldable chairs and a foldable dining table in the garage. Please feel free to move the chairs and table throughout the home or up to the rooftop.

BATHROOMS
Most of the bathrooms have single or double vanities and glass showers. One of the bathrooms has a soaking tub should you be so inclined to take a bubble bath during your stay. We stock the bathrooms with plenty of bath and hand towels, washcloths, cosmetic towels, and floor mats to give you something nice and fluffy to step on when getting out of the shower. You'll also find hairdryers in each bathroom along with plenty of spa-quality shampoos, conditioners, and body wash.

Enjoy the cool comfort and support of our Gel-infused Green Tea Memory Foam mattresses and super soft, 480 thread count cotton sateen sheets, woven with a rich, lustrous finish.

2 of 4 bedrooms are equipped with a Roku TV which gives you access to thousands of streaming channels such as Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

You can't beat the location. There are so many dining and shopping options within walking distance! Lower Broadway is a 5 minute Uber ride or 20-minute walk. Germantown is just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute Uber ride. Germantown has some of my favorite places to eat and drink like O-Ku Sushi, Butchertown Hall, The Optimist, Monell's, Rolf and Daughters, and more.

You will have access to the entire home.

NO PARTIES:
Only registered guests are allowed to use the house day and night. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep the noise level down. If there are any reasonable noise complaints, you’ll be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund.

OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS
Outdoor cameras are located at the front door, in the garage, and on the rooftop of the home. Cameras are capable of recording video and audio.

DECORATIONS:
Avoid using thumbtacks or command hooks for decorations on walls or wallpaper. Use Scotch tape, painter's tape, or sticky putty instead. No glitter is allowed. Any damage from improper decoration will be charged accordingly.

ACCESS FOR REPAIRS:
Homeowners and property managers may access the property for repair and inspection in a reasonable manner. Guests are expected to comply with the Rental Agreement during their stay and ensure all party members and visitors do the same.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
There are outdoor NEST security cameras located around the exterior of the home. Security cameras are set up for the safety of our guests and the security of our home. Please do not tamper with any of the security camera equipment.
