MarcoView 402 - A Slice of Paradise! Premier Waterfront Location @Anglers Cove!
Treat yourself to some island downtime in our little piece of paradise! Relax on your dedicated lanai, enjoy the unobstructed views, and watch the boats sail in and out of Rose Marina. The property is located in the coveted K Building at Anglers Cove, one of the few in the complex with 2 bedrooms including a DIRECT water view. Whether enjoying morning coffee, happy hour, dining-in or a night cap, you will love this private waterfront experience any time of day.
The Anglers property is a favorite of those who frequent the island. This laid-back community features 2 heated saltwater pools, jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts onsite, as well as Dolphin Tiki Bar (buzzer works from lanai)! Walkable to many shops & restaurants including Publix, Sandbar, CJ's, Speakeasy, Sweet Annie’s ice cream, Cocomo's and the newly renovated Marco Town Center. The building's laundry room is conveniently located just one floor down for those wishing to freshen up beachwear and towels. Elevator access is available enabling you to bring up your luggage with ease. For those interested in traveling in by water, boat slips available to rent for an additional fee.
You will begin each day with breathtaking views of the sunrise from a comfortable, medium firm mattress Casper king bed. Traveling with friends or family? Our 2 bed 1 bath unit has another Casper queen bed to comfortably sleep an additional two guests with a bonus loft for a 5th person in your traveling party. There are no twin beds or pull-out couches to make up so you can start enjoying your vacation as soon as you arrive!
The property has been completely transformed over the past year. Our newly renovated bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower. We offer all new appliances, furniture, mattresses, including quality linens, and lighting. The kitchen has been fully updated featuring new countertops, sink, stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We have included a vast array of small appliances, pots/pans, dishes and other supplies for your convenience. The carefully curated decor extends the island ambiance of the lanai throughout the unit!
For your entertainment, you'll find 3 large TV's (2 cable, 2 smart TV's) and a collection of classic DVD's. The private WiFi is strong and we've dedicated an office nook featuring 2'x4' butcher block desk which boasts all the accessories (keyboard, mouse, webcam) you will need to work from paradise! We also have everything you would need for the beach or pool including towels, umbrellas, a cooler, and chairs.
We offer complimentary **starter** packs for our guests that include k-cups, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and a little laundry soap until they're able to venture out to the grocery store.
Our unit is professionally cleaned, adhering to a strict protocol including bedding with special attention to high touch areas at each turnover. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any materials in the property as well as the lanai and NO pets. There is 7-night minimum stay required by the condo association, but we're confident you'll want to stay longer! Will consider discounts for longer stays! Please contact me with any questions.

WARNING of LOFT/ BUNK BED RISKS. A loft/bunk bed has an inherent risk of fall as it requires climbing to reach the bed. Children should not be left alone in a room that contains a bunk bed. Only one person should be allowed on the top bunk at a time, and there should be absolutely no horseplay on or under the beds. To prevent strangulation, never attach or hang items to any part of the bunk bed that is not designed for use with the bed; for example, but not limited to, belts, hooks, jump ropes, and towels.

We are Alex, Mike and Luke (age 6) from outside of Washington, DC. We spent 3 days at a friend's condo in Marco Island (Anglers Cove H building) in January of 2020 and immediately fell in love with the area. We decided that owning a place in Anglers should be in our 5 year plan. COVID accelerated that a bit and in August 2020, our realtor sent us photos of a property that we could not pass up (or perhaps the state of the world allowed us to toss reason aside and just go for it?)!
We purchased this property sight-unseen from 1,000 miles away in a pandemic because of such an exceptional view, we knew immediately that this was 'the one'. To say it was a fixer upper is putting it mildly and we have spent the past year replacing or refinishing every little thing in the unit. We have zero regrets. We changed the course of the next 30+ years of our lives based on a picture of a lanai overlooking the bay; we hope the photos in this ad will help couples, families and friends decide to reserve a little time in our little slice of Heaven on Earth.
