Florence est une hôte disponible, agréable et très serviable. Le logement était parfait, fonctionnel et propre !! Le logement se situe à 4 min à pied de la ligne 7 qui pourra vous emmener rapidement dans le centre ville. Si vous avez une voiture, il y a des places de parking disponibles en bas du logement. Secteur très calme - Boulanger et plusieurs magasins à 10 minutes à pied

Vacances en famille nous avons fait découvrir une partie de la Corse à ma soeur et mon beau-frère.

Excellent séjour !

Hébergée dans ce logement pour un long séjour, j'en suis très satisfaite ! L'appartement, tout juste rénové, est fonctionnel, lumineux, agréable à vivre et dispose d'une vue sur mer et montagnes. Il est très bien situé, à 20 min du centre à pied, à 5 min des commodités. Merci Florence pour ce séjour, pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Je ne peux que recommander :)

Décevant

Arrivée à l’appartement, canapé défectueux, gros gros problème d’électricité pas au norme, pas de climatisation, rue très très bruyante avec les fenêtres ouvertes. L’appartement est situé dans une citée, problème de serrure de la porte d’entrée, salle de bain déplorable.

Bonjour, vous me voyez navrée de votre appréciation. Certes l’appartement n’est pas neuf mais il est loué dans un état de propreté impeccable et l’électricité est aux normes. Il n’est pas climatisé comme clairement indiqué dans l’annonce. Le Loreto est un quartier populaire et vivant bien loin d’une citée. Bref autant de sujets sur lequel nous aurions pu échanger de vive voix si vous n’étiez pas parti 1 heure avant l’heure convenue en me laissant par ailleurs l’appartement et le linge de maison dans l’état que vous savez. Le logement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Nous avons souffert de la chaleur dans l'appartement mais c'est normal pour cette période à Ajaccio. Florence a été très accueillante et arrangeante pour notre arrivée et notre départ ainsi que très réactive quand une intervention a été nécessaire.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement. Il est propre, bien situé dans la ville et nous pouvons profiter d’une très belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon ! De plus Florence a été très accueillante et arrangeante pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Lage im Getto von Ajaccio --> keine saubere oder schöne Wohngegend, Fewo war teilweise dreckig (Balkon und Wintergarten, Fußböden, Spülbecken), Herd funktioniert nicht in vollem Umfang, Verschließen der Wohnung trotz 4-fach Schließmöglichkeit nur über eine einfache Verriegelung möglich

Appartement situé à 20 mns à pied du centre en marchant bien, parking réservé à la copropriété suivant l'heure d'arrivée (une soirée nous avons tourné 20 mns avant de trouver un emplacement). L'appartement à besoin de rénovations.

La cuisine et la salle de bain aurait besoin d'une petite rénovation 'peinture murs et remplacement évier de la cuisine' Un peu bruyant voisine du dessus maniaque du ménage…. Une belle expérience

BOnjour, Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire, qui nous a attendu et a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. C'est un appartement très fonctionnel : propreté irréprochable, plutôt bien situé (25 mn à pied du centre ville d'Ajaccio) : deux grandes chambres équipées de lits doubles, un grand séjour et une cuisine très pratique avec tous les équipements.

Bon plan pour Ajaccio

Logement permettant de loger une famille de 4 personnes. Possibilité de faire ses courses et de se rendre à la plage à pieds. Le parking est un vrai plus. Florence nous a très agréablement accueilli et nous a donné des très bons conseils pour visiter Ajaccio et ses environs. Merci beaucoup à elle ! Nous recommandons vivement la promenade en mer avec Jeff.
