3 blocks to City Library, recreation center and tennis courts, and the Cocoa Beach golf course is 15 min away.

Visit the Lone Cabbage fish camp, a little bit of old Florida, where you can take an Airboat ride on the St Johns river and view the Gators and other wildlife. Kayaks are available to rent nearby to explore the1000 island area of Cocoa Beach and the Banana River estuary. (There are no kayaks/canoes at the house)
