Wonderful location right off the beach, was able to see a day and night launch from our doorstep. Loved the garage access. Beach was smooth, not a lot of rocks. Pool was cool and refreshing. Close to golf and softball complex. Condo equipped with all the needs. Would enjoy staying here again in the future.

My family of 4 had a wonderful and relaxing experience here. I loved that it's a smaller more intimate environment, very quite and right on the beach. Everything you could possibly need is inside your unit and the ocean waves are calling your name outside.

The beach view is absolutely phenomenal and the beach was not overly crowded when we came which was a huge plus and the pool was extremely nice! The booking process was easy and the house was exceptionally clean!

James and Michelle's beach condo was absolutely perfect! I was worried about the garage situation, but rented a Kia Soul that fit perfectly. Plenty of space for the 3 of us to relax and just steps from the beach. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and even an ice maker (which is rare). We also enjoyed having a private pool and clean laundry area. Neighbors were friendly and communication was great. Location was quiet and just a short drive to some really cool restaurants and touristy things. We will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Kitchen was well equipped, beds were clean and comfy. It was a perfect stay for a family of 3. The property was right on the beach and the pool was a nice bonus. This is a quiet and safe place! We only wish we could have stayed longer!

A great place on the beach! Close to Space Center, excellent restaurants, shopping, and more!Beautiful views from the balcony!The only negative experience was the "lovebugs"...eeeww, but out of control of property owners. If this is their season, I would recommend mentioning it. We had to walk through swarms of them to get into the door of the property and left a mess of dead bugs in the doorway that we had to sweep up. Otherwise, great place!

This is such a cute condo. Right on the beach, quiet, we were about the only ones who got in the pool. Met a super nice neighbor and her cute dog. The garage situation isn’t bad and is a godsend in the heat. I say if you’re thinking of booking this condo, do it!

Great place to stay! The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. The condo was cozy and comfortable. I had everything I needed and then some! I had a great time and will definitely return. Pool was very nice. James is a great host and makes you feel welcome! Highly recommend!
