About this property

RIGHT ON THE BEACH!! Rockets and Cruise Ships! Kid and pet friendly, 2Br.

Our location is a small, intimate, 23 unit complex. This particular unit, #9, is on the ground floor, and one of the closest to our private beach access. You can fall a sleep to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. We are in close proximity to numerous attractions like rocket launches, The Pier, shopping, and cruise ships. If you want to stay in a place that's been newly renovated, with all the amenities of home, well look no further! This first floor condo is your destination. A total renovation was completed on the inside and outside of the unit and boasts new kitchen with stainless appliances, a new bathroom, and large bedrooms, one having a king size bed and the other having a queen bed. There is a large flat screen tv in the living room, and there are tv's in each bedroom. Cable and wireless internet are provided. For your convenience, beach chairs, easy pop up shelter, a beach utility cart (to get your stuff out there), sand toys, and a pack n play are provided. There is an outdoor shower on the patio to rinse off. If you have a larger group of people, or want more of an ocean view, we have a second condo in the complex to rent out to you, listing 7915275. Enjoy! As of 3/15/20 we are using Virex Tb during our cleaning process .I like to help my guests when ever I can. When i'm free, I don't mind providing a ride or picking up items such as groceries, etc. for you at an additional, nominal fee, often much less than Uber or Lyft!

While you can't see the beach from the property, it was just a short walk around the building and you are on the sand waking down to the beach! It was very accessible! The place was very clean and the beds were comfy! I will say the living room furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but overall this unit was great! The host was great at responding and the unit was set up with anything you would need, including beach gear! I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. The rest of it could use an update, especially the living room. The furniture was very worn and uncomfortable and the sound on the tv wasn’t good. I live in Upstate NY, and I have beenfrequently travelling to this area of Florida for the past thirty years.

Why they chose this property

I have been coming to this area since the 1970's. I liked it over all other areas of Florida, and I purchased my first property in the early 80's. this condo is my third property that I have purchased and renovated. I love this location because its centrally located right between Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral, and is close to everything. We have a private direct beach access. The Condo has been completely gutted down to the studs and has been tastefully remodeled and made new again. I enjoy saving my self blocks of time to personally enjoy it!

What makes this property unique

I love the property because of the direct ocean front location, but also because its not a high rise building, which makes it feel quaint and intimate. I like to help my guests when ever I can. When im free I dont mind providing a ride or picking up items for you at an additional, nominal fee often much less than Uber or Lyft.
