Nicely renovated condo 2 minute walk to the beautiful Cocoa Beach. The colorful beach decor inside will make you feel like you were already at the beach. This is a light and cheery corner unit with easy access to courtyard and parking. Condo is fully furnished with all the comforts required for a day or a week at the beach. Small complex, only 14 units, 7 units per floor. This unit is on second floor. Entire inside has been updated and renovated including beds, flooring, furniture, air conditioning and all appliances. Great unit, great location for that Florida beach community lifestyle! Condo has a wonderful courtyard for relaxing after a day at the beach. Conveniently located in Cocoa Beach, close to everything and within walking distance to pier, restaurants, activities. Daily, Weekly, Monthly rates available

Activities and Attractions: Condo is in easy walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier. The pier is the center of most local beachside entertainment. Orlando airport, Disney parks and Daytona are only 50 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center 20 minutes away. See rocket launches from the beach.
Port Canaveral approximately 1/2 mile from condo. Ron Jon Surf Shop within walking distance. Cruise Ships and Casino boats are within 1/2 mile and can be viewed from the beach.

Stayed here for two nights prior to a cruise with wife and two kids. It was perfect for us. One block to the beach and close to other cocoa beach attractions. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Space for a Beach Getaway!

My family loved our stay here! The hostess was very responsive to messages and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our week at the beach. The beach access is just a block away which made it easy to walk with our gear to enjoy the beautiful beach! We hope to stay here again on our next trip back to the area!

Overall our stay was very good. Although there was some stains on the sheets. The host was very responsive and the property was very clean except for the bed linens. I would stay there again . Location was very important to the port and worked very well
