Beautiful home. Close to the beach. The host was the most excellent communicator. She continually checked in on us to see if there was anything she could do for us. Highly recommend staying here for your next cocoa Beach stay!

Such a cute little beach cottage within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Close enough to everything but quiet environment. We appreciated all the little hospitality items — little treats, shampoo and conditioner, kitchen basics, even beach items like a small cooler and chairs. An outdoor shower and hose were great for rinsing off prior to returning to the cottage. The king size bed was very comfortable. Our only minor issue was inadvertently exiting from NetFlix and not being able to get signed back in. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thanks to Selene and her team for a great Florida beach vacation!

Great Place to Stay!

This cottage was perfect for my weekend getaway with my friends! The location was ideal, within walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shopping! The cottage had everything we needed - I can't wait to go back!

Great Cocoa Beach vacation

We really enjoyed the cottage and the location. It was walking distance to most restaurants, which was very nice. It was great that the beach was so close, so we were able to come and go easily with smaller groups.

Great location

Great location. Close to the beach, shopping, and local restaurants. The cottage great too. Nice place to come back to after being at the beach or out fishing. Having the twin beds was a large reason we chose this place so it is a great place for families.

Cute Cottage!

My husband & I stayed at this cottage for our 41st Anniversary. It was very nice, clean & had all the comforts of home. Close to all the attractions & restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cozy cottage for family with furry friends and kids

This property was really cozy and clean. The cottage had most of the required supplies and was good for our family of 4 with kids and a furry friend! The location was perfect for amazing eateries and walkable distance to the beach We will be back soon!
