Wonderful place!

This place was great! Very clean. Pool was big and very nice. Easy access to the beach. Very close to the pier. And we got to see a rocket launch right from the beach!

This was a very quiet and peaceful area. Wendy was very helpful with any questions we had from the condo to the surrounding area.I recommend this area for family’s for a very quiet relaxing vacation.

Beautiful place to stay

Thank you for a wonderful vacation in Cocoa Beach. This is a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and welcoming. Access to pool and beach very easily. Well equipped kitchen and beach supplies. Walking to grocery store and several restaurants a huge plus. We loved our stay here and hope to return again for a longer stay. Thank you Wendy for being a great host and answering our questions right away!

A great home away from home!

This gem is beautifully decorated and spotless! Location is perfect. You can walk to restaurants and to the beach. Wendy pays such attention to detail. You will find special treats and specific directions during your stay, and she is a great reference for places to eat with quick response time.

The properties location was absolutely as described with direct access to the beach. We made good use of the beach equipment provided, with the children loving the sea and body boarding. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. We all loved cocoa beach and hope to be back one day.

Five Star Condo

The Condo on the outside is so so, but when you open the door and enter it is gorgeous. The upgrades are all five star. Has everything you can imagine that you would need and more. Spotless, roomy and the host was available for any needs. We hope to visit again.

Clean, Wonderful, and Perfect Location

Wendy's location was absolutely perfect. The condo was so beautiful, nicely renovated and modern. The bathrooms looked so beautiful. Everything on arrival was SO clean, and it was stocked with plenty of towels for the beach. In addition, there was a cooler and beach chairs, umbrella etc. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked as well. Check in and checkout was easy, and we loved the quick walk to the beach. Seriously, this place was amazing. Highly recommend. We loved our stay.

Great place with perfect beach access.

We love this place! Perfect beach access which was perfection to catch the spaceX launch. Walking distance to the pier, Tourist attractions, without being too close to Orlando. The only thing that could use improvement were the beds. We didn’t sleep well because they were all very worn or hard. Other than that, this was a perfect getaway! Wendy was great and had excellent communication. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Location!

This place was right on the beach. It had a wonderful balcony with a view of the ocean. Be sure to check launch dates on Cape Canaveral. There was one we could have seen if we had known about it. The condo was beautiful! They had everything we could need. The kitchen was very well equipped. They had nice things for us to use at the beach. There was a wonderfully large, heated pool. I highly recommend it!

Amazing stay!

What an amazing Condo Complex and unit. Every aspect of our stay was well thought out by Wendy. All amenities listed were available to us plus some extras we weren’t expecting. My wife and I stayed with our four kids (ages 4, 4, 6.5, and almost 8). They were well entertained with the provided closet of pool and beach materials. The tv’s in the rooms were so nice around bedtime for a little relaxation time. A couple small issues came up but were handled very quickly by Wendy and he staff. Very professional and great communication before, during, and after our stay. If you are looking for a great location that provides everything you need within walking distance, I recommend staying at Cocoa Beach Towers!

Warm and Welcoming!

We have stayed at other rentals before but this was the first that really made us feel welcome. It was exactly as described. The washing machine was not working but the public laundry was just down the hall and was easy to use. We were still able to use the dryer in the condo. There were extra things everywhere which were so appreciated - a few snacks, paper goods, soaps and even bath products. Location is fantastic. Wonderful little pool. Steps to the beach. Such nice beach supplies to use. We had the pier to the south and watched a rocket launch just to the north. There is a super market and a restaurant/bar just a block away. I can’t say enough. We enjoyed Kennedy Space Station, kayaking with Finn Expeditions (dolphins/manatees), and beautiful sunrises on the beach. This VRBO was the perfect launch point for all our adventures. Thank you so much!!

From the cleanliness of the unit to all of the many small details, we could not have asked for a better experience. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were great and anything we could possibly need was provided. Wendy, our host, was very quick to respond with any inquiry we had. We’ve already discussed booking the same unit for another girls weekend next year! We will definitely be back!

Great Winter Getaway

The location was perfect for our needs .. KSC, beautiful sunrises, a manatee & dolphin guided kayak tour with A1A, quality family time while puzzling and a rocket launch!!!
