Beautiful Oceanfront and Beachfront 3rd Floor Condo in Downtown Cocoa Beach. Security entry building. Small condo with 25 units. Renovated with Beach House Style Decor. Unit 203 is also ours if you are interested in this unit as well: Vrbo ID: 1377371.

Private balcony in Living Room and Master Bedroom with a view of the ocean and beach, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: 4 adult (master king bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed) and 2 kids (Queen size sofa bed in living room). Life guards are couple hundred feet away from you. Boardwalk is a desirable community, with relaxing pool to cool down during hot summer season.

No busy street to crossing, Ocean and beach is in your back yard. nice size kitchen and dinning room, is perfect for your family getaway dinner. you can escape to the the beach and walk to everything around you. Enjoy happy hours on Coconut on the Beach next door, all of the great restaurants, shops, and live entertainment that downtown has to offer just out of your door. Wake up every morning to a fabulous sunrise and cheers the afternoon at sunset.

No keys to lose! This property provides secure, key less entry with the August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, ONLY you and/or anyone whom you authorized to access, for the duration of your stay. All of our guests have a peace of mind, because no any guests have access to the key, or any chance to copy a key. No worry if someone will open your door while you are staying there. Our guests safety is our number one priority!

No pets include service animal, which has fur (sorry) is allowed because owner has severe medical conditions - life threatening situations, please understand, and thank you.

We love this place

This is the 2nd time we stayed here and both were great experiences. The place is really nice and the area is far enough away from the main drag to be very relaxing.

Great stay & communication

The property was surprisingly quiet for being in such a central location. The host was great with providing property details and making sure everything was clear before our arrival. Loved have a designated parking spot and the location was great for walking to get food, ice cream and people watch. We would definitely stay again!

Great view and condo

Great place to stay and host was a good communicator. Lovely beach decor and large balcony. Has had some leaks in ceiling but none during our stay even with tropical storm warning and nearby hurricane. Fantastic views. Loved Coconut bar and restaurant around the corner.We would definitely stay again

Wonderful experience

Very clean and updated. Was exactly what expected and some even beyond. It's located in a great spot with easy in and out access. We had a wonderful experience despite having our trip cut short by the incoming hurricane! Would definitely recommend.!!

Couldn’t ask for a better location and property

We had a great time during our stay. The condo was exactly as advertised! The view was phenomenal and it was so nice to be within walking distance of several restaurants. A Publix was just 2 miles away. There were a few beach items in the garage which we used. I can’t speak much to the kitchen tools, as we stuck with coffee and take out. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great beach. Directions re: access, August app, not formatted and included typos, so harder to follow than typical vrbo or vacation rental. Owner frustrated when directions were unclear. Overall, quite good stay. An edit of instructions would ease frustration on both ends.

Oceanfront Condo

Our condo was just beautiful and clean.. we saw the space shuttle from our balcony.. we were right in the downtown where the boat races were. Now.. the building is old, leaking water, needs work…they are doing some work so you can’t sit on your balcony Mon-Fri 8-5. But we were only there Thursday-Monday. Overall… great mentee made Thank you!

If you like constant loud music stay here

Unit itself was awesome but, what got to us was the constant everyday and some evenings LOUD music! WE had to keep the unit completely shut. Open the door and you get a constant blast. With all the bars just next door, outdoor also competing to see who could be the loudest!

Right on the beach

This unit was right on the beach on the 4th floor and was great. The unit was exactly as described and had everything we needed, the building itself was a little older but the condo and the location were unbeatable. There were restaurants and places to have a drink right next door and they were on the beach. We also enjoyed a dip in the pool after coming back from the beach. We saw dolphins everyday from the balcony, it was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place. You will need your phone to unlock the front door, there is an app you download for this, once I install it on my phone it worked with no problems.

This place was awesome! We did a family trip with our two young kids and grandparents before we went to Disney. Everything was within walking distance - beach, restaurants, pool was all great! Probably one of our best trips down to Florida. We will definitely be going back and staying at the same place!

I had trouble with the “common key” to get into the building. But the property manager/owner was able to let me in remotely, even at 11:30pm. I would have felt bad if I would have been out later!

Relaxing Stay

It was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we loved the town. Great food, lots within walking distance. The condo is quiet and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is ideal. Umbrella and beach chair rentals are located right beside beach access and beach was not crowded. We would definitely come back.

One night stay

The property was very nice, but I didn't realize it was right next door to a bar, which was very loud with the music and lots of screaming. It eventually settled down but several people were jumping over the fence onto the condo grounds, which didn't make me feel secure. Our flight ended up being very late, so it was dark when we got there. We had to carry luggage up steps to get inside. Once inside, there was an elevator. We used Uber to get there, so we didn't get into garage where there was an elevator, so send one person to open garage door. Overall, it was nice, but I think, personally, I would avoid for longer stay because of the noise from bar.

Relaxing Gem

My husband and I had a very relaxing time at Lihua's place. View was phenomenal and the location was great. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again. The condo was very clean.
