Great Condo on a Beautiful Beach

We had an amazing time at this awesome condo! It was clean and well equipped with what we needed, and great for the family. Check-In and Check-Out was very smooth. The view from the balcony, the beach, and watching the sun come up was amazing. Property was clean and well maintained. The grounds and pool was lovely, and the beach was easily accessible. The location is awesome, not overly crowded, and absolutely a gorgeous beach. There is lots of restaurants within a few miles, and a short drive to the Pier and the Cape. We will definitely be back!

Great Condo in Cocoa Beach!

We had a wonderful time! Very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Keith was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. There was so much to do nearby and right on the beach. Highly recommend this unit on Cocoa Beach!

Perfect place, perfect stay

We had the most wonderful week at this property! The location, view and balcony were absolutely stunning. My mom loved having her coffee overlooking the ocean every day. Short as possible walk to the beach, beautiful pool and hot tub. Stunning wraparound windows. Can’t say enough about what a great time we had. Our group was a married couple, three teenage/college age daughters and their grandmother.

Fall getaway

Our family spent a week at the condo and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We booked this last minute due to a change in location from the Gulf Coast to the Atlantic coast due to hurricane Helene. Keith was so accommodating and made the whole process so easy and seamless. The place was perfect for 3 adults and 2 children. So much room, so clean, and had everything that we needed and more! We even got to see a rocket launch right from our balcony! It’s very conveniently located to the beach and of Cocoa Beach top places to visit. I highly recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect. It was so nice that the condo had chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, etc for us to use at the beach. Jill is a great host!

Front row seat to the Air Show!

We did not plan on being there the same time as the airshow but our front row seat on the 6th floor balcony was fantastic. Great condo, great views, great beach.

Beautiful view

We did have some plumbing issues but Jill was on top of all issues . The views of the ocean is absolutely beautiful. Condo was not disappointing. Definitely would stay again.

Amazing views

I booked this property to celebrate my sons 21st birthday. It was perfectly located in the middle of everything he wanted to do. The views were amazing I could have sat on the balcony the entire time we were there. The manager was great answered all my questions and responded quickly to texts and phone calls. I will definitely be returning!

You can't beat the large balcony and beautiful view of the ocean!

We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the well-stocked rental unit that included everything you needed to enjoy the beach including beach towels, chairs, toys, cooler, and umbrella. You can't beat the large balcony and we were able to comfortably seat our family of 6 with plenty of space to spare. We were also really impressed with the grounds crew who kept the shared spaces clean and the pool sparkled every day. Jill, the owner, was great to work with and was able to turn around the last minute request to book her unit. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Best Stay Ever!!!

From the moment we walked in, it felt perfect. Beautifully appointed, well maintained, and all the extra (beach towels, towels chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc) made this a 'settle in and have fun' kind of trip. The wrap balcony made for some amazing sunrises and relaxing evenings. Jill was easy to reach and able to handle any questions we had. Check in and out was a breeze. Thanks for making our last family trip amazing before taking my son across country to college. There are so many things to do, from renting surf boards just down the street, fantastic fishing from the jetty, night kayak tours through the banana river waters and we even saw a SPaceX launch from Cape Canaveral from the comfort of our balcony and beach!!
