The air conditioned garage game room with air hockey, ping pong, arcade game, giant connect 4 game, 55" Roku TV, tables, and chairs.

We had a great stay at this property. It's exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is quite as well. The backyard was the highlight for us, we spent most of our time out there enjoying the space. Having the grill was a huge bonus for us. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

The check in was as easy as a message with a door code. The property was exceptionally cleaned and stocked, we only had to buy food we wished to cook for the week; the cleaning supplies were already there. The closet had everything one might need if they have a young child for vacation. The house was very comfortable and we wanted for nothing. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The living and entertainment areas were very nice. The pool area and heated pool were amazing, My family loved having meals under the tiki hut by the pool. The building by the side of the house had everything you might want for the pool or when we wanted to go to the beach. We did not really need anything as it was furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you might need to cook. The kitchen also has a coffee pot plus a Keurig for whatever you might choose to use. The dining room was large and with everything else through the house there was not anything you could really want or need during your stay. I was very impressed, the property manager did keep in touch; let me know what day the trash needed put out by the road which is great for me cause I like to keep my living area clean when on vacation. There is a full size fridge and dish washer which was so convenient. 2 minute drive to beach and 5 minute walk. Overall I can easily say it was the best rental I have ever stayed in, I will definitely be using them again.

Cocoa Beach Break is a comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a great open floor plan, working space, and a fun game room. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of historic downtown Cocoa Beach, this custom decorated house is designed and equipped for a great getaway experience. Enjoy the beach and great downtown restaurants and shops just a short walk away. It's just 3-1/2 blocks to the beach and only 2 blocks to the 4th Street Fillin Station - a great local restaurant and ice cream parlor. It's a perfect getaway for families and couples!

What makes this property unique

We're in a great location that is in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk to the beach, river, and downtown Cocoa Beach area with restaurants, bars, and shops. We've converted the garage into an air conditioned/heated game room with ping pong, air hockey, an arcade game, giant connect 4 game, 55" Roku TV, and tables and stools. The beautifully landscaped backyard features a heated salt water pool, tiki hut, outdoor dining, lounging, and seating areas, and Weber BBQ grill.
