THIS HOUSE IS 600FT TO THE BEACH! Quite neighborhood in walking distance to the Famous Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, Bars, shopping and entertainment. All beach equipment is provided along with boogie boards, surf boards and a beach cart to carry everything. Relaxation at its best. Screened Florida room with TV and plenty of seating for hanging out and listening to the crashing waves. The back yard has seating, outdoor shower and a gas grill. No detail overlooked. We have discounts for weekly and monthly stays and we welcome 2 night stays for the cruisers! We value our guests and are sure once you stay with us you will become one of our valued return guests. Welcome Home!

A gem

So cute, so well thought out, at every turn there was a detail that was thought of. Location was so perfect, great size and plenty of areas to spread out and have space. We have stayed at countless VRBO's all over the US and this one was one of the best thought out and most impressive Not because it is flashy, but because it just seems to have everything a visitor to Cocoa Beach could want in the comfort of a home.

This house was incredibly cute with an extremely convenient walk to the beach. It was well stocked and comfortable for a very relaxing get-a-way.

Wonderful location and very nice home

We enjoyed our stay! Great location, close to the beach and cruise line. The grill was broken, Wendy was quick to replace it. Thank you again!

Dissappointed

House was not like the online pictures. When your rent is that high, you should get a larger space, a TV that gets regular channels, floors that don't stub your toes and the WIFI and passwords written correctly on the wall sign. Most of the thresholds were different heights and the main floor sloped. We are over 70 and if we had known about the floors, we never would have rented it. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very tight.

Our beach house is in walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, the Cocoa Beach Pier, shopping and Publix grocery store. There are two beach entrances 600 ft from your front door. We have a screened Florida room with a tv and seating for 6. Also a backyard seating area with BBQ and outdoor shower. All beach equipment is supplied and there is a beach cart to carry everything in.
