The private back yard has a beautiful heated pool, 5-person hot tub, paver patio, and a lush grassy area for all lounging preferences! Exceptionally located in a quiet neighborhood East of A1A, it is 4 houses to the beach, an 8 minute walk North to the Pier and 8 minutes South to Ron Jon's Surf shop as well as several restaurants/bars and other local attractions. Bicycles are provided for you to cruise and explore.

Beach days come ready-made with all gear & toys pictured including 8' soft top surf boards, boogie boards, backpack beach chairs, rolling cooler, beach wagon, and plenty more to enjoy all the beach fun and create life lasting Cocoa Beach memories!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was cute, clean and organized. We loved using the bikes to ride around town. The hot tub was really nice to sit in (it was a little cold when we got there but it warmed up by the next morning. The beds were really comfortable and the master shower was really nice.

Very nice house, clean, had everything we needed. Pool was nice. The bed was the most comfortable VRBO bed I've ever used. The beach was only a couple minute walk, at the end of the street, very nice. Was able to watch a rocket launch from cape Canaveral. It was a very quiet neighborhood, which is what we wanted, to relax and unwind.
