Pool, Palmtrees, and Beach! Located directly across the street from famous Cocoa Beach. This updated house has all new furniture and a beautiful pool and spillover spa surrounded by a tropical landscape. Everything from luxurious bath towels and linens to a Weber grill. Large smart TVs throughout, including a large second living room with sliding doors out to the pool deck. It's within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach pier and other popular restaurants in the area.

This home is directly across the street from Cocoa Beach. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a day in the sun. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach wagon, cooler, and even beach games. Or try surfing in one of the best places to surf in the country with our surf boards. You can walk to Cocoa Beach pier to enjoy the sunset or even see a rocket launch. The house is equipped with a pack-n-play and an umbrella stroller for the little guests. Come and enjoy our Florida paradise!

The swimming pool does have a heater. Enjoy comfortable swimming temperatures year-round.

Great Place to Make Memories!

Michelle was a great host. The property was in a perfect location - very close to the beach and out of traffic. Grocery stores and restaurants were easily walkable. The pool was amazing and all of the pool and beach toys added to the enjoyment! The house was clean and well stocked with plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids ages 6-10. Excellent choice for families!

Awesome Stay

Loved our stay at this beautiful Cocoa Beach home. The home offered everything my family of 7 could possibly need. It was clean, comfortable and super cute. The backyard pool area is truly a private retreat and added so much to our stay. We utilized the multitude of beach toys at the beach that is literally just a block away. We also were able to watch a rocket launch from the beach while we were there. Such a great place and we’d happily stay again.

Amazing experience!!

This house was the perfect spot for spring break!! It was so close to the pier and to other restaurants and local establishments like Ron Jon!! We loved the location and the neighborhood and how close it was to the beach. Not to mention how easy it was to contact the host. Everything we could need was provided to us which was so amazing! We would absolutely come back:)

Vacation Oasis!

We LOVED our stay at this house in Cocoa Beach! Easy walk to the beach, nice extras in the garage for the beach, lawn chairs, toys, umbrellas etc…. Back yard is amazing! Great house and fantastic location

Our family of four stayed at this Cocoa Beach rental. First and foremost Michelle was fantastic to deal with. Her directions and response time were spot on. The house was very clean, well appointed and the pool was a hit for the whole family. The beach is only 100 yards away and the house was stocked with all your needed beach equipment. I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Family Vacay-Walk to the beach

We were given snacks, welcome board, pool was perfect, all the supplies for pool and ocean to use, many towels, beds were comfortable, and I could go on and on. No complains about this property at all. Close to restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. I took many beautiful senior pictures of my daughter in the back yard and the beach. Really the only problem was the amount of mosquitos. Definitely recommend this house!

Family-friendly home very close to beach.

This home was perfect for the whole family! We were greeted with a basket full of treats and frig with starter drinks! The set-up inside and out worked for a wonderful, relaxing week. We are retired and traveled with our children and grandchildren. They had everything we needed for all 3 grands. Great heated pool with spa and plenty of pool toys! The yard was perfect with shade, seating, grill, hammock and lots of palm trees! The beach was an easy walk and we even saw a rocket launch from there! Thanks for your hospitality!

Excellent Location

Easy access to the beach - a super short walk and you're in the sand! Street was not busy at all. We had only adults this round but had our children come with, there would be no complaining. Pool/Hot tub was heated and easy to adjust the temp. Stores, pier, restaurants all walkable. House was stocked with everything you could need. Snacks/some drinks were provided which was awesome for the week! Owner was local and super accomodating even though we had no issues! Thanks for a great stay! Will come again!

Fantastic House and Excellent Host

Michelle is one of the best hosts I've encountered on VRBO. From the moment we booked, she was super responsive and accommodating. She provided recommendations for our family based on our interests, and gave us some insight to the area since we had never traveled to Cocoa Beach before. We arrived tired and hungry from the airport and were greeted with a goodie basket of snacks and drinks, and a cute welcome sign with a postcard! The house is perfect for anyone with families, and included beach toys, bikes, toys, games, a full dvd library, and pool toys. We traveled with our 8 month old and the house had everything you would need for a baby (pack and play, high chair, bouncer, etc). We even got to see a Rocket launch from the beach (I'm sure Michelle had a hand in that too! haha) Thanks for the wonderful trip!
