We had a great stay at this Cocoa Beach house! The location was perfect, with the beach, Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance.The house was clean, spacious, and had plenty to keep everyone entertained. We especially enjoyed the pool, pool table, air hockey, basketball game, and darts. It was the perfect setup for family fun when we weren't at the beach.The host was fantastic, with excellent communication before and during our stay. They were responsive, helpful, and very proactive in making sure everything went smoothly.We also appreciated how upfront the host was about the road noise. It was clearly disclosed in the listing and discussed ahead of time, but honestly, we hardly noticed it. For anyone who might be sensitive to noise, the host even provided earplugs, which was a thoughtful touch.Overall, this was a wonderful place for a family vacation. We made great memories and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing. The house was very clean, cozy, and they had all of the items we could possibly ask for. Including towels, linen, beach toys, and even equipment for the babies. The owner also was very kind and told us about the space launch, that we would have never known about otherwise. We had a great day and would definitely return again.

Great place to stay after our cruise! The game room was fun and so was the pool table. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. It was cold during our stay so a couple extra blankets would have been nice. Also...the hosts were amazing to work with since we had some time issues with a delayed flight. Thank you!

Birthday Weekend w/ Family & Friends

We found the house to be immaculately clean and well suited for our needs. The owner was very attentive to our questions and responded promptly. Our only (little) hassle was the limit of just 4 cars parked in the driveway. We did find an easy solution to that by moving a vehicle to the beachside parking lot a block away. You pay for the space thru a phone app and at $15 for a full day I thought it was a bargain. Other than that everything was great. The Beach is a block away. There are two supermarkets within two minutes north or south. The pool, firepit & game rooms kept folks occupied all weekend and the 11:00am checkout is an hour later than other places we've stayed at in the area. All in all, it was a great weekend!

Simply the Best

Cocoa Beach Coastal Retreat is a truly outstanding place to stay in the Cocoa Beach area. We had to cancel a long-standing reservation at another place when the owner contacted us the day before that there was extensive cockroach damage! I turned to CBCR and inquired if it was possible to stay there for three nights. I contacted the owner and within two hours Jay contacted me to say that we could indeed stay at his place. What a relief! We have a family of seven. We are really glad we stayed here. The grandkids had a blast. They swam in the pool, played games in the garage, and played pool located between the kitchen/dining and the swimming pool. The bedrooms are quite large and the beds are comfortable. There is a large kitchen that is very convenient and easy to get around in and the front room is spacious. The house lies at the corner of two streets, one of them quite busy. Because of the facilities, however, we hardly noticed the street noise on the coastal highway. So not to worry. It's a great place to stay! The beach is just a short 5-minute walk (at grandparents' speed). Watching the kids on their boogie boards (available in the garage) and their father trying to keep pace was one of the several good memories we have of our stay. Whenever I contacted Jay, he responded within a very short period of time, sometimes in just minutes. Wonderful place! Outstanding host!

This home was great for a pre-cruise stay. Very roomy and well appointed. The busy road next to us, was a bit of a bother but it didn’t keep us awake at night. The game room was a bonus!
