About this property

One block to the beach. 3 bdrm/3.5 bath, many beach items, longboard, pickleball

Luna and Sol are one block from the beach and less than one mile from 6 pickleball courts. Both units are close to 2000 sq ft and have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The master suite in both units has a Kohler tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms have a balcony. The duplex is 1 block from the beach and footsteps away from Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery and restaurants. The Pier is very close by and offers a bar, restaurants and shopping. Other features include granite countertops, 10 ft ceilings, 8 ft doors, lots of natural light, nicely finished floors and private garages.

Beach vacay

Greg's place was so nice, spacious and clean! 5 of us stayed and we had plenty of room to be together to watch a movie and eat our meals and also to spread out and have our own space. The location is great, just a block from the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation home

Great vacation spot very close to beach , just in walking distance, close to restaurants. The house was very spacious and nice and the owner was easy to get in contact with. My family had a great time together there.

Very Fun Location

Beautiful property located perfectly in Cocoa Beach. It’s a very short walk to the beach, Pier and restaurants with a grocery store across the street. We had a terrific time staying here!

Amazing blue beach house

This was a huge and clean property! We go yearly to cocoa beach and we are in search of a perfect annual house…this is it. It was huge, clean, and great for multiple ages! All the bathrooms were amazing. We love that the rooms are upstairs and the kitchen is down for people that wake up at different times! Beds were more comfortable than most other rentals we have stayed in. Any issues we had the property manager was very quick to respond and keep us up to date! It a walk from Dunkin and multiple other restaurants as well as the beach! Really hope this property is available next time we vacation down!

It was a nice big property and all the the beach supplies came in very handy. You can rent the big boards and bikes but the boogie boards were free and more our speed

We loved the spacious accommodations. Short walk to the beach. Foosball table. Wish we could have used the bikes in the garage without an additional fee. But loved our stay!

Extended Weekend Getaway

House was clean and big. Definitely plenty of room for any group. Centralized location and extremely close to the port and plenty of restaurants around. If you bring a family plenty of activities for children as well. Owner extremely quick to answer questions as well. Great overall experience!

Great place, new, clean and bigger then expected. Location was great 1 block from beach and pier. Many restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely rent again. Greg was easy to work with and communicated well and immediately for any needs.

Absolutely loved this property! Spacious, plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for our family of five. Only a short walk to the beach and even included boogie boards and sand toys for the kids. Owner was communicative and helpful - everything worked smoothly and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Cocoa Beach!

Amazing vacation house

Came here for a girls weekend. Five women, so it was awesome to have 3 1/2 bathrooms. House was beautiful and so clean. We cook on vacation and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Close to the beach and pier, we were able to walk everywhere. Dinner at Fishlips was great too! I would definitely recommend to others and I would stay there again 🏝💖

Awesome host and location!

Greg was a great host. The first night we were there he contacted us to notify that the AC was not working and he got an HVAC tech out immediately to remedy the problem. The property was very nice and within a couple minute walk to the beach. When we come back to vacation this property will be at the top of our list again.

Great Stay at Cocoa Beach!

Everything starts with communication and Greg was on point. Smooth process and even let us check in early and a later check out time if needed. The house was an A and the private bathrooms for each room was a bonus since we had 5 adults. In the garage were boogie boards, plenty of beach chairs, a surf board to use and a beach buggy to carry things. Everything we needed to have a blast. The Dunkin Donuts right around the corner was perfect. Greg was a fantastic host and very attentive to us. We will return for sure.

We LOVED this space!

We had such a great stay with Greg! I traveled with my soon to be ex-husband and 2 adult daughters. Having the three bedrooms and three bathrooms was so great. The place was super clean and well appointed. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver! We were able to do laundry before boarding our cruise. We walked to the beach (about 1 1/2 blocks away), the Cocoa Beach pier (about a ten minute walk) for surf lessons, and ubered all around Cocoa Beach. It really was such a great space- I highly recommend it and if I return to the area I will be staying here!

Fantastic property, fantastic location, fantastic property owner.

This was a great find! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures on the VRBO website indicated. The house was large, airy, bright and well taken care of. The property owner was super responsive to any questions I had. The location is close (within walking distance) to the beach, Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, everything you could want. I could go on for quite a while about how fantastic this property is but I will just say we really enjoyed our time there. GREAT for families. Thanks Greg!!

Amazing and exceeds expectations!

Totally up to date accommodation with 3 bedrooms all with on suite full baths and another 1/2 bath downstairs. Very nice Beach decor totally fitting for location. Everything has been considered. Even beach equipment and towels. Fully stocked kitchen. Very close to Publix grocery store and lots of eateries. Short walk to beach (we watched Cape Canaveral launch on the beach one AM). Easy walk to the pier. Great VRBO for large family. Greg was great and easy to work with!!

1. Greg is AWESOME to work with! He is friendly, his expectations and directions are clear, and he is professional. 2. The location is AMAZING! Short walk to the beach and close enough to walk to a few shops and restaurants, too.Cocoa Beach Pier is an easy walk, too. (We even did the walk with kids two different days!) 3. The place is EXCEPTIONAL! Clean, updated, spacious, and stacked with helpful kitchen/bathroom supplies! We especially loved the big kitchen! …we will DEFINITELY be back! Love Cocoa Beach and wanted my own slice of heaven. I love to walk to the beach with my wife and kids and just enjoy everything the area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Cocoa Beach is so close to the cruises in Cape Canaveral and the theme parks in Orlando. But the theme parks can't offer you the beach and the relaxation...
