patio doors and you are on the beach! We have everything to make your stay

Great location and lovely view

Very private backyard with lovely view and short path to the beach. We spent a lot of time hanging on the back deck, watching birds and listening to the waves. The interior decor is super cute with a beach vibe. It was perfect for two couples including one in their 80’s. The highlight was watching a rocket launch from the backyard. It flew right past us! Great trip!

Perfect spot on Cocoa Beach

Nice 3 bedroom house with beds for my family of 5. Great location right in the beach. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards. Great yard with hammock, patio, grill, and outdoor shower. We had a great time!

Lovely vacation

We loved our trip. The house is cozy and the location is perfect. I could stare at the ocean all day. It's a short walk downtown to some great restaurants. Homeowner was great to work with when our flight was cancelled and we had to stay longer due to a winter storm.

A Little Piece of HEAVEN

This little bungalow right on the beach was everything and more than our family could ask for!! The proximity to the beach alone makes the owners rate a steal! We saw FOUR nesting turtles during our stay July 4th week, it was absolutely magical! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!!

Great house on the beach!

We had a fantastic stay! House is located right on the beach, just a very short walk to the water. Back deck is wonderful for enjoying the breeze and the beach view. Beds were comfortable and lots of beach gear was available for use, which was so convenient. Anebel was very helpful and responsive! We’ll be back!

Beach weekend

We had a great time! The house is right on the beach, it’s a beautiful place to be with family and friends. My toddler absolutely LOVED walking out on the beach everyday. I would highly recommend staying here! The host is very responsive. We were delayed by 1 day due to a hurricane, but the host communicated with us the entire time. I hope we can stay again sometime :)

House was great! Right on the water and had everything we needed. Only negative was all of the plumbing drained VERY slowly. Other than that, no complaints.

Perfect Beach Spot

Perfect combination of location and size. The house is older but perfectly maintained. The proximity to the beach was our favorite part. We could stay on the gorgeous deck in the padded lounge chairs, close to the house and out of the sand while still being able to keep an eye on our teenagers on the beach. Also close enough to the commercial area to walk to restaurants if you are up for that. We loved it and will be back.

A great home and property manager!

The property manager was beyond communicative. The home was nice and had more than enough for what we needed. They also provided the things that others tend to scrimp on- TP, PT, extra sheets, towels, dishwasher and washing pods. Nice washer and dryer. Right on the beach. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We stayed 5 days and our family of 5 made alot of great memories at this home. Stayed in alot of vrbo and this home is right on point for the nightly rate. If your looking for fancy this isnt it as the bathrooms are outdated. That didnt bother us as they were functional. The beds were all acceptable with plenty of linens. The keurig is ancient so bring your own if thats you otherwise they have a drip there. The pictures on the site are outdated and the upgrades were much nicer. You practically get the beach to yourself on weekdays and the loungers on the deck overlooking the shoreline were what I miss the most. This place will be remembered and if I were back in the area I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, amazing view

House is easy to find, private, and in a great location. The beach was never crowded. We walked to the local restaurants. The views from the house are priceless! Nothing better than looking out the windows to see the waves all day everyday! This was my first time renting a house for vacation.. we loved the privacy and lots of room. The owners are super nice, too. We had a wonderful vacation!

Cute 50’s era house

Cute 50’s era house right on the beach and very quiet. Our only issue was handicap accessibility wasn’t as easy as anticipated. This wouldn’t deter us from coming back with my Aunt but we would be better prepared.

Relaxing Stay at this Beach House!

We really enjoyed this beach front home! It is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. It also has plenty of beach supplies, including beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and towels. We really enjoyed eating outdoors and watching and listening to the ocean. The beach is lovely and quiet. The hammock was really nice as well. The sunrise is incredible so try to catch one! Anebel is wonderful to work with. She is very responsive and goes out of her way to help make your stay a great one! Thank you Anebel!

Short but oh so sweet beach vacation

This was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the beach/ocean/views after a busy week celebrating my sister’s wedding and visiting Disney World. Anebel was so kind, hospitable, and accommodating. We felt right at home but also in awe of the views - especially from right outside the back door. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the back patio when we weren’t at the beach. Speaking of the beach, my kids loved all the beach toys we were able to borrow from the house and the adults loved the outdoor shower at the house that we were able to use to clean off the kids and ourselves after each beach visit. This house was all we hoped it would be and more!

Dream location

This property is perfectly located on cocoa beach. Not only is it right on the beach (30 second walk from the back porch), it’s also only a 3-10 minute drive to all restaurants, grocery stores, etc that you need. It was perfect. Anebel was wonderful to communicate with. There was a problem with the a/c the first night and she rectified the problem immediately. Her responses were always very prompt. In her garage, she had a couple of beach chairs, several beach towels, beach toys, blanket and umbrella. It can get a bit stuffy due to the Florida humidity, but don’t worry, we found at least 4 fans in the closets of the beach house. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay right on Cocoa Beach.
