This beautifully designed and decorated completely remodeled 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom two-level home is perfect for any beach vacation! With a coastal boho ambience this home is perfect for large families and entertaining with all new furniture, completely stocked kitchen, and 7 Smart TVs. The large fenced in backyard with heated pool, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, ice machine, and outdoor fire pit is made for any getaway. You are located just 1/2 a block from the beautiful sandy beaches and walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants and Ron Jon for shopping! Also, with close proximity to the Kennedy Space Center, Orlando Theme Parks and shopping, and Airports.

We loved having a heated pool after returning from the beach. Which was a short walk 5-6 minutes. We also like how the bedrooms were 3 separate areas and everyone could retreat if they needed some space. The kitchen was very well stocked. Communication between the management company was great. They contacted you before anything could go wrong.

We all loved this house. Great location with an easy walk to the beach, pier, and shopping. The private pool was a wonderful addition to our enjoyment. We spent a day at the Kennedy Space Center. Our family loved this home! It was perfect for us! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Loved the upstairs with the flex space for the kiddos to hang. Awesome amenities - we especially loved the enclosed pool and outdoor kitchen area. Great beach close by - it had convenient parking if you have anyone with mobility issues.
