117 Cocoa Beach Club Direct Oceanfront Next to Pier, Dog Friendly

Welcome to the Cocoa Beach Club. Located in Cocoa Beach, Florida, the home of ''I Dream of Jeannie'' and within sight of the launches at the Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral. Our unit is in a direct oceanfront complex on the beach and with a large heated pool. Our home is fully furnished and close to everything. 3 miles from Port Canaveral, you can cruise out of Port Canaveral and use the condo as your pre and post-cruise vacation base. You can always choose to sit on the Club's own private boardwalk, or on the beach.

This Condo has a great living room with new living room furniture, dining room, kitchen and generous closet space. Full size washer and dryer inside the unit! Marble/granite baths, Toto bidet with remote in the master!

Local attractions:: Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Patrick Air Force Base, Cape Canaveral, Merritt Island Bird and Wildlife Sanctuary, Port Canaveral-- Disney Cruise line, Royal Caribbean Cruise line, Carnival Cruise line, deep sea fishing and gambling ships -- all 3-4 miles away! The famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is also within walking distance.

This includes, but is not limited to dangerous breeds of dogs (purebred or mix
including Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita,
Chow, Presa Canario, Wolf, American Bulldog, Beauceron, Caucasian
Mountain Dog, Great Dane, Keeshond, Stafford Terrier), guard dog, lions,
tigers and other exotic animals.

2. Any farm animal, livestock or saddle animal exposure

3. Any animal exposure with prior loss history

Sorry, no ball team members coming to play in the area are permitted at this condo. We've had problems in the past where multiple condos were rented by ball teams having raised havoc on the property.

The location of the unit is great, the unit is a bit dated but useful and we were able to enjoy family! Such a nice beach!One negative, we had just three nights, and on the first day the host notified me that maintenance would be coming to the unit, the day of. The messaging is kind of slow, unless you're constantly on your phone/the app so I didn't get the message until we had already made plans. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our dogs with a stranger in a strange place so we had to change our plans with family visiting from out of state.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. They were also well stocked with everything we needed for the beach! Chairs, towels, sandtoys, bodyboards, umbrellas, everything! This is a great location for a family vacation. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great space for all ages

Our group ranged in ages from 7 to 73, and this space was perfect for all. Located on the first floor, steps from the pool and just across a short boardwalk from the beach, we loved its proximity to both. It was also an easy walk to the Cocoa Beach pier, Publix for groceries and local restaurants. Paul, the owner, was quick to respond to all messages and was very helpful with suggestions. We’ll definitely try to stay here again if we are ever back in the area.
