We had a wonderful stay in this unit! The bedrooms were huge and allowed for all of our kids to sleep in an actual bed (as opposed to some on a couch). The location and view were amazing, and the access to the beach was super convenient. The property owner communicated all the procedures clearly, and checkout was easy. Family beach fun

We brought three older teenage children and we loved the condo and its amenities! We went to the beach and pool daily. It was an easy 2 minute stroll to the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that were in the condo. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the pier. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area.

Excellent Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s in a great location next to the pier for surfing and restaurants with a view of the beach and heated pool. The condo was well stocked with beach gear and kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable in the large bedrooms. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Tim was very responsive and was able to quickly help resolve an issue that we had. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

While wanting a day at the beach we drove over to Cocoa Beach not realizing it was so close only about an hour away. While I was out on the Tiki Bar at the Cocoa Beach pier I had that peaceful easy feeling that I really wanted to live here in Cocoa Beach and experience the margaritaville lifestyle. Now as a VRBO Premier Host I’m happy to share that same feeling with you!
