Only steps from ocean, this clean, bright, sunny unit is your perfect home away from home while you explore Florida's Space Coast. Right on the beach, you are only steps away from feeling the sand between your toes on sun-soaked Cocoa Beach.
Up to five people can stay in comfort with a king bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite & TV), two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen air mattress in the living room. The south-facing balcony offers the southern exposure that brings the sunlight in through big windows.
We've got your vacation needs covered with all the basics you need including linens, towels, a full kitchen, free parking, free wifi and your own in-unit washer/dryer so you can dry those towels between expeditions to the beach or pool. You don't even need to bring your own beach toys! You'll find everything you need from beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, toys and a cooler so you can start enjoying the sun, sand, and water as soon as you arrive.
Chateau by the Sea features a large, oceanfront heated swimming pool with plenty of deck chairs for relaxing and super views of the ocean and pier. Perfect location!
Our condo was in the perfect location to walk to the beach and pier. It was super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The heated pool was very nice. We had a fantastic week and will definitely be back!

Great Place for a Family Vacation
Was able to host a relaxing family vacation. Location wise, it doesn’t get any better. Roof deck was a great amenity as we took in the sunrise and sunset from there and the beach. Would recommend this location for any one visiting cocoa beach and I would definitely come again.

Everything was great except for the party that was going on Above us pretty loud all night And the master bedroom bed was super squeaky Woke me up several times in the middle of the night But other than that everything was good we had fun in the area And it was close to the beach

Very clean and well decorated. Perfect location right on the beach and very close to the pier. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient after a day at the beach. We were thankful for the outdoor shower when you reenter the pool from the beach to wash off all the sand.

Relaxing and Fun
This is our second stay at this property, this time our parents joined us in another unit! This unit is clean and has all the necessary items needed in the kitchen and to enjoy the beach. Steps away from the beach, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises on the beach and sunsets on the rooftop. We also enjoyed three rocket launches from the rooftop! Will be back!

Extremely clean and well furnished with all the kitchen supplies you'll need. Manager Zairah communicated well. Will highly recommend. Walking distance to Cocoa Beach pier. Many good restaurants close as well as a Publix supermarket. Will be coming back!

Great location, very clean and comfortable condo
The property is very well kept and the location near the Cocoa Beach Pier is perfect. The condo was comfortable and contained everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. Plenty of cooking utensils, dish soap and the washer/dryer inside the unit was very convenient. The manager Zareh was always checking to make sure all is OK. We will stay there again.

It was perfect for our family with two kids. Walking distance to the Pier where some of family took surf lessons. Walking distance to some places we had breakfast and other places we ate dinner. Also walking distance to grocery store!
