The place was well stocked with kitchen utensils, and skillets, trash bags and toilet paper, kitchen and bath hand soaps! Thank you! The beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler were so nice to have! The pool and outdoor areas were very nice. The rooftop patio was absolutely the best! That patio alone will bring us back. Few things that would have been great to have are a crockpot, electric skillet, and throw blankets. The place was walking distance to several restaurants, our favorite being the Pier. The variety, quality and price were unbeatable with a stunning view. The sushi was so good!Overall, we are gulf side snobs but Coco Beach was a great time with great friends!

The resort was lovely, the staff members were fantastic and the rooftop terrace was a wonderful bonus. The proximity to everything is great and the ocean is steps away from the complex. The apartment was clean but VERY tired. I advised reception about large water stains on the ceiling. The rattan dining chair seats were broken and overall the unit needs some tlc.

Beach getaway after Disney World

Very nice condo! Great location! Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and all you could imagine in the kitchen were included. We wanted to relax after a few days at Disney World. Had a great time in this condo, would book again for sure. Really easy drive from Orlando.

Family vacation

Château by the sea is a great place to stay while in cocoa beach. The roof top lounge is the best seat in the house for fabulous sunrises and beautiful sunsets. Our room was as described and very clean. It’s also close to some great little restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Thanks for stay!!

Enjoyed the warm pool and got to see 6 Space Launches from the roof. Had a side deck that even on cool days it was warm. The beach was nice and not crowded. Can say enough good things about maintenance.

We enjoyed this space. It was well stocked not only in the kitchen but with beach things too. One thing to note is that it states there is a pull out couch, in order to sleep 6. There is not a pull out couch but an air mattress that we used. The staff responded quickly and were very friendly!

Great location and quiet bedrooms

Nicely updated unit in an older building with private beach access and a beachside pool area. The balcony was lovely but air conditioner noise from neighboring units and buildings makes it less than ideal; the good news is the noise does not reach the bedrooms which were very quiet. The rooftop deck was amazing for watching launches and looking at the beach/ocean. Overall we had a great stay here.

Good Stay

The condo was in a good location to beach and surrounding activities. The condo itself had all the kitchen needs and a washer and dryer. Never had an issue with parking, but we stayed at the end of March, so not sure if the busy season would affect that. The inside of the condo was clean, with exception of the floors. We noticed sand under foot as soon as we walked in. They do provide a vacuum, but our socks and feet turned dirty very quickly. That's my only complaint. Would stay again.
