About this property

Rooms with beautiful views, just steps to beach, underground parking at this luxurious condo. Home has been fully updated with granite counters, farmhouse sink, under cabinet lighting, backlit cabinets, comfy furniture and beds! You will love your stay here! All the comforts of home even with full size washer and dryer. The location just doesn't get any better. Restaurants are all nearby, and the full length balcony provides incredible views up and down the beach to watch the surfers and rocket launches! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided. Just bring your suitcase! FYI… starting April2024 they will be doing some clubhouse restoration so pool will be closed. Should be reopened by May. They will start balcony restoration from the fifth floor April15th and workdown to second floor. Garage oneside will be completed by May3rdI will try and keep this as accurate as possible with information given to me.

Honeymoon

We loved the place, remodeling of the resort was going on, but it’s was tolerable. The area was nice, good food, drinks, and bar right beside the condo. Deanna is wonderful to work with, such a sweet lady, and great with communicating. Thanks for opening up your condo to us.

You Can't Get Closer To The Beach

Fantastic location facing the beach! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Steps away from the beach! Convenient off street parking and underground parking. Deanne was a pleasure to work with.

A Christmas to Remember

We needed a good place to be for Christmas and it was wonderful! So clean and modern. Our host added cute Christmas touches and advised us of Surfing Santa event. Amazing beach view from our balcony. Watching Space X launch and seeing full moon from the balcony were added bonuses.

Great Location!

Nice oceanfront condo. Enjoyed waking up each morning to watch the sunrise from the balcony. Restaurants were in walking distance. Would stay again if we were to come back to the area.
