Spacious and chic direct oceanfront 2 BR condo on the top floor right in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach. We have created a serene and relaxing space for guests to escape daily responsibilities and truly appreciate the beautiful coast.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has two full beds, plus a pull out sleeper couch providing plenty of space for everyone to sleep.

The kitchen bar has 4 chair seating. The dining room table can fit 6 people. We have two chairs to destress after a day of boogie boarding. Choose to spend the day on the beach, by the pool, inside with 3 HDTVS, or exploring downtown Cocoa Beach - your options are unlimited. Don't forget to check the NASA and SpaceX schedule for rocket launches while visiting.

We absolutely loved Cocoa Beach! We decided to buy our condo in January 2025. It’s a beautiful building in a truly lovely location, and we are so excited to share our little piece of paradise with you.

Here, you can unwind on the pristine white sand, sip your coffee while taking in the ocean breeze from the spacious balcony, or drift off to sleep listening to the calming sound of the waves. And if you’re lucky enough to be here during a rocket launch, you’ll have a front-row seat to the spectacular view—right from the balcony!

Located in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach, walking distance to shops, restaurants & businesses! Cocoa Beach main street has festivals throughout the year. Orlando and attractions 1 hour away! Cruise Port Cananveral 8 miles!!!

Many of the best restaurants and local shops are walking distance - even a local grocery (Coastal Produce). Anything else is a quick Uber or short car ride. You can watch a launch from the balcony. Disney, Kennedy Space Center, and Brevard Zoo are all less than about an hour.
