Beautiful 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath impeccably clean Villa Located on Cocoa Beach directly next to the Pier, and just a short drive to all the other Central Florida attractions!
Space center a few minutes north, Disney and hour west. Port Canaveral 3 Miles north.

Limited water view from Balcony that overlooks pool, but direct beachfront development, a few steps to the Pier.
One Assigned parking space. With an extra parking space that is first come and is available most of the time.

This Villa is set to impress.
Bedroom One - King Size Bed. Flat Screen Roku Smart TV.
Bedroom Two - 2 Full size Bed (new mattresses June 2023), flat screen Fire TV,.
Living area is a tranquil space with recliner and new sectional sofa (Feb 2023) Cable TV and Internet - WiFi
Ceiling Fans in both bedrooms, kitchen and over dining table.
The unit is also fully stocked with linens and towels.


If there happens to be a rainy day, there are plenty of books to read. You may even take one home if you don't get to finish it!

The heated pool is located off the balcony in the back.

The kitchen comes fully appointed. All appliances, dishes, pots and pans, and glassware. There is a Range/oven, toaster, blender and coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and tea kettle. As well as eating utensils and plenty of storage.
Dining table seats 4 comfortably and breakfast bar has 2 bar stools.

Laundry amenities with washer and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. Nothing has been spared or left out!!

The condo is located directly on the beach, there is a private gated path to the beach. 2 Sets of extra keys provided on Key Hook in kitchen.

Walk to numerous local restaurants, small shops, local winery. There is even a local bagel shop. Enjoy the pier from a quiet established community.

This is a very small family oriented condo development. Please be respectful of other guests and residents. Quiet time is from 10pm to 7 am. No partying is allowed and unruly guests will be asked to leave without refund.

Super convenient to Cocoa Beach

Property is a wonderful place for visiting Cocoa Beach literally steps from the Pier. Owner has boogie boards and beach gear as well as plenty of towels. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We just came back from a 4 nights stay at this property. The location is ideal with direct access to the beach and the Pier, and plenty of restaurants near by. The property had everything we needed for a beach day or a rainy day and was very clean. Both bedrooms are large and we had plenty of space for a family of 4.

Clean place with great communication from host. Nothing fancy but everything you need! Super close to the beach (walkway from back of property directly to beach) and easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants Place is just adjacent to the pier so beach a little crowded but not too bad. We had a great stay.

Perfect place to stay

We booked this location based on its proximity to an event we were volunteering for. It was a perfect location. The unit itself was comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed when we arrived and Matt was very kind and answered any questions we had right away. Next time we stay in Cocoa Beach I hope this property is available again.

The unit was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. I specifically loved how the owners had beach chairs and other items we could use. The kitchen was stocked and had the right amount of paper towels and toilet paper. Matt was great to work with and very responsive.

Very clean and spacious condo. Plenty of room for my family of 4. Kids loved the boogie boards to use in the ocean. We were a little bummed that we couldn't use the pool after the lights came on which was quite a bit of time before dark. Overall very nice!

Perfect vacation spot on the beach!

This was our first *real* family vacation and I really wanted a cozy and wide spread place close to the beach and walking distance to plenty of shops and places to eat. Not only did we get just that, we got even more. We got the perfect condo with the perfect location and the perfect space for our family. The place was so beautiful, was widespread, it had everything that we needed ranging from utensils to beach chairs, to towels to sunscreen... literally! Everything went so smooth that I was just waiting for something to go wrong. If we had a question, it was answered right away. Highly Highly Recommended!
