House is elegant; spacious, bright and clean - perfect for large groups. Fun and relaxing: huge heated pool, warm and relaxing hot tub, cool tiki bar with lights at night and ceiling fans, gas grill and out door seating. 5 bedrooms 9 beds, 3 bathrooms 4 showers. This pool patio area is perfect for sunbathing, dinners and evening fun for the whole gang, or a great place to swim, soak in the hot tub and lounge about under the tiki bar.
Two central air conditioners. Tons of smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu and local channels. Big television in the living room and televisions in every bedroom. Black-out curtains in every bedroom for peaceful sleep. Free hi-speed WiFi Internet and on-site laundry. Classy look & feel: high quality furnishings, beds and linens throughout. Tiki Blue is a comfortable, spacious property close to the beach. There is a very accommodating beach-side park a 2 minute drive away. In just a 5 minute drive you can access all the nearby fun and conveniences like restaurants, bars, shopping, and Cocoa Beach Pier.
The property is set up for comfort and fun. There is an enormous heated pool, a large covered hot tub and a big tiki bar. Two outdoor tables with umbrellas are great places to lounge or eat. Use the big gas grill to have a grand cook out. Tons of outlets outside to keep your phones and laptops charged up.
Inside there are sofas and seating areas for lots of people. Two dining tables plus a kitchen island. 70-inch TV in the living room. All bedrooms have TV's and all TV's have Netflix, Hulu, Sling TV, and local channels.
The linens and towels and mattresses are all high-quality and super comfortable. There is free WiFi Internet as well as free laundry and tons of parking (6 - 8 cars, depending on the size).

What makes this property unique
The back patio area surrounds a very large beautiful heated swimming pool. Lots of teak furniture to lounge in. Soak and relax in the hot-tub. Mix margaritas at the tiki bar with two ceiling fans and glowing night lights. There is a large grill and outdoor seating for having great cook-outs. Everything is professionally cared for: pool service, lawn maintenance and top-rate cleaning. This is the perfect beach house for your group to stay in. You will have a vacation to remember here. You will love it. Max. 8 persons.
