Beautiful Direct Ocean Front and Beach Front 3rd Floor Condo in Downtown Cocoa Beach. Security entry building. Small condo with 25 units. Renovated with Beach House Style Decor. Unit 303 is also ours, if you are interested in this one as well: VRBO ID:1645759

Private balcony in Living Room and Master Bedroom with a view of the ocean and beach, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: 4 adult (master king bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed) and 2 kids (one Queen size sofa bed in living room). Life guards are couple hundred feet away from you. Boardwalk is a desirable community, with relaxing pool to cool down during hot summer season.

No busy street to crossing, Ocean and beach is in your back yard. nice size kitchen and dinning room, is perfect for your family getaway dinner. you can escape to the the beach and walk to everything around you.

Enjoy happy hours on the Coconut on the Beach next door, all of the great restaurants, shops, and live entertainment that downtown has to offer just out of your door. Wake up every morning to a fabulous sunrise and cheers the afternoon at sunset.

No keys to lose! This property provides secure, key-less entry with the August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, ONLY you and/or anyone whom you authorized to access, for the duration of your stay. All of our guests have a peace of mind, because no any guests have access to the key, or any chance to copy a key. No worry if someone will open your door while you are staying there. Our guests safety is our number one priority!

No pets include service animal, which has fur (sorry) is allowed because owner has severe medical conditions; life threatening situations, please understand, and thank you.

Great location & condo on the beach!

So happy I chose this condo for our family/friend stay at Cocoa Beach. The condo is right on the beach and has a pool which in our vaca is like having the best of both worlds. The balcony is absolutely wonderful to sit out & watch the sunrise or have drinks in the evening. Great walking distance to bars, restaurants and boutiques. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. We had an issue with the door, but the Lihua was able to help us immediately.Coconuts on the Beach & Jazzy Mainly Lobster were great meals too. Would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Perfect little place for trip

My son and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very safe and we loved the private beach entry as well. The view from the condo is beautiful and the condo was very clean and beachy. The owner answered us when we had to text about something. We will def be back to stay again in the future!

Wonderful stay

The condo was as advertised - spacious, nicely decorated, on the beach and next to the restaurants. The owner provided very detailed instructions on the check-in process and the area around. The phone app to enter/exit the condo took some getting used to and we were not fans of it, but we made it work. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area.

Beautiful Week in Cocoa Beach

This was our second time using this condo, and our family had another great vacation. Perfect location right on the beach and within easy walking distance of many restaurants. The condo description is completely accurate and it met all of our needs. Owner communications were very timely and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean, the view of the beach was awesome! The August app worked, but two of us had trouble getting it on our phones. The owners were so nice they came over and put up a keypad, which helped us so much. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

We had an amazing stay in Cocoa Beach. The views were even better in person than pictured. The owners were very responsive and polite. Our only complaint is the process to lock and unlock the door. Prior to your stay you have to download an app to your phone to lock and unlock the door. After a day out, using your phone to naviage, listening to music and taking pictures you run the chance of your phone dying and losing access to the condo. Make sure your phone is always charged! Otherwise, everything about our stay was flawless.

Well-appointed condo in an ideal location

Stayed in this condo for 5 nights and found it to be near perfect. The interior and view of the ocean are actually better than the photos indicate. The location is within walking distance to a dozen or more good restaurant choices. We enjoyed the live music from the restaurant next door (although, I'm sure that might not be to everyone's taste). We appreciated the little amenities that made us feel at home. Board games, books, coffee, dish soap, detergent, etc. were all available, which saved us a shopping trip and allowed us more time to enjoy the amazing view from the balcony. Cocoa Beach is a great little beach and this property is a gem right in the heart of it. The host was extremely easy to work with, was proactive in communicating details and tips about our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Cocoa Beach area.

A place to vacation with serenity in mind ❤️

I really don’t know where to begin, the condo is absolutely Perfect! The view from the master bedroom and from the kitchen all the way through to the large sliding glass doors in the living room! Having the restaurant Coconuts was a true convenience when you wanted a quick meal. When sitting out on the balcony, it’s just breathe taking during the day and at night. At night you can hear the bands playing in the back ground while sitting outside. Note: you CANNOT hear the music inside. As for the home owners, they were amazing!! I had a small issue with the home app, but she walked it through with me and we got it working!! We definitely plan on coming back again real soon.

Perfect location, spotless and wonderful host

We had the most amazing visit. We were two couples sharing the condo for a 4 night weekend. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and accessibility of the place. The location is great, walk outside to the pool or the beach, right next to some fun beach bars and restaurants. There are cute bakeries and ice cream shops within a 5 minute walk. The great thing is with the sliding glass doors shut you can’t hear the live bands. You do hear them when sitting on the balcony but this did not bother us one bit. The host was most pleasant and available every time I messaged her. Also the instructions for access and use were spot on and easy to follow. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the showers were perfect (always important!), and the kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked 2 out of 3 meals every day with good cookware and no problem. Even a dishwasher and washer/dryer for ultimate convenience! The extra fans available were a welcome surprise for us light sleepers. Plenty of towels and beach towels. There were beach chairs available for all 4 of us and umbrellas if you choose to use them, we used the beach chairs every day and were so thankful for this amenity. The elevator and carts available in the garage made unloading the luggage and groceries a breeze. We didn’t hear anything from other condos it was very quiet and the ac kept us comfortable. We even took advantage of the board games! The hosts have thought of everything and we will definitely be back!
