A lovely condo in the Royal Mansions Resort is conveniently located near Port Canaveral cruise terminals, Cocoa Beach, Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios, the Space Center, and Orlando. It offers private beach access with fewer crowds and accommodations for up to four people. The condo features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, WIFI, cable TV, a community hot tub, and heated pool. Nearby activities include tennis, golf, windsurfing, jet skiing, tours, paddleboarding, and deep-sea fishing.

The condo showcases stunning ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, and the dining room's sliding doors. Nice beach getaway

We stayed an extra few days in cape canaveral after a cruise. This was a great place with beach access and a pool and hot tub. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Our first to the Space Coast was so fantastic! This property is located close to everything, restaurants, grocery store, mini golf and more. Property was well kept, and the view from the room is beautiful.

The property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. It’s clean with a great location. Having a pool, spa, and being beachside makes the trifecta. We will definitely look for this unit again when we are booking our next trip.

Brief vacation

My spouse and I enjoyed our brief vacation at this property. Mark provided great instructions for check-in. The location to the beach and restaurants was great. We loved having morning coffee on the balcony while viewing the beach and court yard. The unit was updated with all necessary amenities. We definitely recommend this property to others.

We absolutely loved our stay !

It was the perfect location. You can see the waves and beach from the room. Pool and hot tub were clean and quiet. There was always parking too! Inside the flat there was everything we could ever need. Clear instructions for Wi-Fi , pool and parking . We did laundry and enjoyed our stay so much ! Thank you so much for everything! We hopefully can stay there again when we come back l.

We chose this location because it is on the beach and in a quiet area. However when we got there on Sunday, the beach was closed due to dredging, and remained closed for 3 more days. There was heavy equipment on the beach that made loud noises when they were backing up (24-7) and large lights to make it possible to work at night. We requested at $25/day refund from the host. He refused and offered a discount for a future stay which we refused.

Quiet location right on the beach with private access. Beach was nice, and the property met all expecatatoons. Had a 1 year old with us and felt perfectly safe at all times, would definitely recommend and return.

The condo was very clean and in an excellent location. Condo area was secure, pool was great, and extremely close to the beach and local restaurants. Having beach chairs and towels was a plus!
